If you value your mental health please don’t attend here, I’ve been going for months and each time there has been an error by the receptionist’s, little compassion and today I was sat in the consultation room and heard a ‘service user’ shouting and laughing, wasn’t checked by security and she even squared up to me and threatened me, this place has done nothing but derail my mental health. After waiting 3 months for an appointment on a Monday,, I received a phone call at 16.55 stating my appointment has been rescheduled due to a double booking. This lack of professionalism especially when dealing with people coping with anxiety, has knocked me for 6. Even now trying to get some feedback from 2 weeks ago, wish me luck

I think there has been some noticeble improvement regarding reception staff, much more kind, caring and polite. However the phone system is very flawed, you go round in circles. They also don't call you back for days when you ask for duty, which isn't acceptable, in my opinion.

An inexperienced and rude young man who does not know how to talk to patients. I really do not know why he was hired at this medical center. After talking to him, I feel that he needs a doctor more than other patients. And he needs to be taught the etiquette of talking to a patient. After a few days of calling, no one answered my calls. Because my medicine had run out. I called at the same time and went to the medical center to find out why the phones were not answered. I wanted to know why people like me, who are sick and need medicine, were calling. I wanted to know if they were busy or if there was another reason. I did not see any reason other than that they were ignoring the calls. There was no patient there, nor was there a call in progress. All three people were unemployed and talking to each other instead of responding to patients. They treated me with rudeness, which was a sign of their lack of personality.

Terrible service, longest waits for even to get an answer to the phone. No continuity of care. Assessments passed from pillar to post with no end result, no accountability. The 6 Cs of care do not apply here. And the sarcastic responses to reviews from the owner are an insult to all the people using their voices that have been wronged by this service. Some get panorama in here ASAP.

Being an NHS employee I had reached burnout and was at my lowest in years. I was referred to the Zinnia day centre for anxiety management and confidence building and I have to say I have found the centre very pleasant, the staff are professional and they work with you to build up your confidence and resilience to everyday work stresses and how to spot triggers. I give the zinnia centre 5 stars. People always say there’s not enough mental health services and no help available but I can 100% say that Zinnia day services have been there when I needed help the most and I highly recommend them for anyone suffering with burnout, stress, anxiety, or coping with the loss of a loved one.

They were meant to be looking after my mother after she had severe mental health issues and attempted suicide in 2020. Clearly didn’t do a very good job as she attempted suicide again in 2023 and succeeded.

Awful. Told me they'd call in a week to arrange my prescription renewal. After two weeks with no contact, I called them. They claimed that they tried to contact me 2 weeks ago, which they hadn't. No missed calls on my log, just a blatant lie. Then they just left it until I contacted them for an update. Treat their patients with contempt and hope they leave. It worked to be fair. Disgusting.

Waste of time complaining, they just blame short staff for everything, all the time... For the last 2 years! The "owner" of zinnia seems to be a small child or someone with a similar "grip" of the English language, ie: very bad. For the few good doctors there I feel sorry for you.
