   Well after friends and customers as told me to try the Three Flames I can honestly say I wasn’t disappointed, the food was outstanding the atmosphere was great and the staff was brilliant they couldn’t do anymore for us specially Younis what a great lad I’ll definitely be coming back and thank you to the chefs also

   Everything has gone up in price dramatically, but the quality of food has gone backwards along with portion size! (the pots of tomatoes and beans and more than halved in size) They charge premium prices for inadequate poor quality products, they use catering sausages and what seems cheap bacon and black pudding ect...... we've not been for a long time time and won't be returning anytime soon

   Been using the establishment for past few weeks. I personally wont be going again the little older lady is a miserable disrespectful bitter woman. Walked in today looking at the menu and seen her looking at me with an attitude one of the lads had ordered and she said why have 4 of you come in and one ordered. I was looking at the menu. Cheeky little old woman didn't have the energy to say anything thought shove your customer service il go elsewhere we wont be going again we was spending £200 + a week as a gang of workers id rather go elsewhere. If i was the manager id be having a word shes a right miserable woman im sure you wont have trouble understanding who Im talking about

   took atleast 40 minutes to get here,i got 2 all day breakfasts and it was stone cold i also ordered 2 extra hashbrowns and there was only one and ordered a hot chocolate and there was only half a cup

   This is the 3rd time I’ve had a sandwich from here, and the bread has been stale and dry. The filling was nice, but they use cheap mayonnaise which personally I think ruins every sandwich filling. Hoping for hellmans in the future and some soft bread, but not sure I will try them again!

   Worst bacon & egg I've ever had, didn't even cut it in half and it just started falling apart while eating it. Also I had to rip off the big nasty bits of fat off the bacon because it wasn't crispy.

   Good service & helpful staff & excellent food, would highly recommend calling in, When Ali, pops in for his Mega breakfast that us tax payers, pay for. Ask him to go visit his Mum, not visted her in over two years now. Cut down on the above and that's the train fare paid for.
