The Hill General Practice has got excellent team. Reception, Nurse And team of Doctors all are very humble and specialists. Had another great experience today on my nurse appointment with Mrs Kalyani, she is one of the kindest lady I know. Top star services from a top star professional. Many Thanks Mrs Shereen Mann and Dr Aman Mann for serving community from over a decade.

Booking an appointment with the doctors has gone so difficult, the process is very long and they take 2 working days to respond. I was in need of an appointment urgently for my baby today who is only 9 months and after phoning the surgery they told me to request a appointment online and if the doctors think you are urgent they will call if not they won't. I then had to submit a form and call the surgery to explain to them I have a baby in order for them to give me an appointment, the waiting times are also long and some doctors dont really pay much attention and kind of dismiss patients ( not all doctors)

Used to be a really good doctor until recently. Do not take calls until 9am even though they "open" at 8am. When I got through I explained that I wanted an appointment as my eye had deteriorated from surgery, immediately got told there were no appointments and that I needed to call 111 or go to a badger clinic. I asked if Doctor Mann (who is in charge) could get back to me at some point, but the receptionist said no, I then said is there a practice email that I can write to him on , again she said No. I have spoken to Doctor Mann in the past where a receptionist passed on that I wanted to talk to him about my case. I have never been spoken to so rudely before from a receptionist. I was not rude to her at all. The call was at 9:17am on 28/2/23 hopefully it is recorded so a manager can actually listen to it. If I wanted to complain or want a second opinion off the doctor in charge I have a right too. I wasn't expecting him to call me today but sometime this week was all I wanted. Please give your reception team more experience om how to communicate with clients.

Horrible experience.. been with this GP practice since I moved to Hall Green 8/9 years ago. By far the worst GP ever! Glad to say I have moved myself & my family to a much better practice in the area due to never able to get an appointment! I would advise anyone sensible to do the same.

I have been a patient at the Hill General Practice for a long time now and felt compelled to write a review. I have always found the staff to be helpful, professional, and knowledgeable this includes the reception team, GP's, and nurses. The waiting area is spacious and modern with comfortable seating. The surgery is also conveniently located with lots of pharmacies nearby. It would be great if the surgery could make the option available to book appointments online again in addition to phoning in like they did before the pandemic. Thank you all!

Ridiculous surgery. You have to call at 8am to book an appt only to be told that it's fully booked up. I wanted to make an appt for a patient who is suicidal and urgently needs to see a GP but even though NHS111 said to call the patients own GP, an appt was still not given. Clearly mental health patients are not a priority at this GP. The rule of 8am appts needs to change. You should be able to book an appt for any day over the phone, not just online. Absolutely unacceptable responses from the receptionists. I hope the surgery look into keeping some slots free for emergency appts like this. Honestly, just Ridiculous

I love this surgery i am a new patient here, as i have been to several doctors surgery throughout London. I haven't come across this surgery as they are very caring and ready to listen to you they give enough time to solve the issues. I have so much health issues when I see the doctor half of my illness vanishes with their behaviour and caring. I'm so pleased with this surgery. I pray to almighty Allah that all the stuff and doctors stay well and keep the good works forever.
