   Recommend - Louis provided a great service. My car battery was flat, drove over and helped me jump the car up. I also needed an MOT, which they did within 2 hours of picking up, including time to let the car run to recharge the battery.

   I visited today for the first time for MOT. I must say that staff are professional and very welcoming. I had the pleasure to meet Louis the mechanic who inspected my car, and within a couple of hours everything was done.    Had my car recovered into Kar Dok by RAC after it broke down from loss of drive. The staff were really helpful, friendly, informative and kept me in the loop throughout the time that my car was on site. After their investigations, they confirmed that my car needed a clutch replacement and some internal damage to be fixed also. Special mention for Louie who was absolutely amazing, carried the work out to a high standard and delivered 10/10 service! The car came back shiny, clean and good as new. I highly recommend using Kar Dok and I will definitely use them again. Thank you! Mercedes

   Greedy and incompetent. Brought van for service and MOT, they inspected and give me a quote £1054 all include. Next day come again to du a service, take them around 4 hours to service, change brake pads, discs and MOT. Garage issue me a new bill £1264 - price vent up £200 because take longer than they expected. They charge £755 + VAT for 1 man 4 hours labour. After 2 days brake light come up on dash board, where chasing mechanic for 3 weeks (today his late, he is not in today, he back next week) finally give up and went to different garage. Where told that car-dok instead installing new brake pad sensors for witch they charged me £60 + VAT, just screwed 2 wires together
