   Great experience, they did an MOT on my car without a booking, tbh I was calling them for a few days as I didn't know an exact day that worked for me, I didn't want them to think I was messing them around, so I drove past to talk and heh ho, we was good to go... recommend definitely quick and effective

   Had an unfortunate experience with this garage. Was new to the area and had used them previously for an MOT where I also had my break pads and wheels changed. A few months later had an issue with a wheel bearing and took it in for a replacement where I was informed my disc brakes were also warped. I had the disc brakes changed, along with new pads, and a new wheel bearing. Less than 2 months later on a longer drive down to the south west the new wheel bearing ceased up and became dangerous due to how much it caused the car to shake and how loud it was when in use. I had to get this fixed in another garage and I was given a refund by Willesden auto, to their credit. However a month or two later the disc braked have also now seemed to begun to fail, with the car shaking when braking. The garage refused to let me take the car in now that I'm back in London to check the disc brakes as they had refunded for the wheel bearing already. This is a small city car that is only used for leisure, for reference, not anything crazy. TL/TR: save yourself a headache and find somewhere else.

   The garage is good to do your MOTs, nice guys there to help you, price is good. You can book online and pay in place cash/card. Only issue is finding car park outside the garage untill they let you in sometimes is difficult and the roads around the garage have time restrictions school times morning and afternoon so be aware.

   I went here last year due to a warning light coming up on my dashboard and brake issues, They saw me on the same day and solved the issue, turns out it was a very cheap and easy fix due to a cable being snapped after hitting road debris, Staff were very open and honest with the issue and could of lied and over exaggerated the issues but didn't. This Has been my go to garage ever since.

   I cannot thank Sharizay at Willesden auto services enough. Every mechanic I had been to had just let me down but not him. He kept in contact with me through the whole process which I really appreciated. I really would recommend this mechanic shop and would recommend anyone going there to ask for Sharizay as he is one of many excellent mechanics that work there. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Rip off, unprofessional and misleading. I read the reviews and followed thinking those reviews were genuine reviews. Unfortunately, in my case these people are rip off, unprofessional and misleading. My car had no issues but needed a MOT. I took the car and the MOT was passed. I only asked the guys to check why there's a sound when you drive. They said yes bring it. They charged me £270.00 a sum of which was asked to be paid Cash. The sound of the car didn't go away. I asked them again they said brign the car and these crooks charged me another £300.00 + but the problem was never solved. The car has been to them 4 times and the issue is there. One of thier so called top engineer came to visit me and he didn't have a clue, how to set the. I had to look up in the YouTube to guide him to get rid of thr signs after the car been to them. Don't be fooled by thier misleading polite nature. I strongly advice for the local authorities to look in to this trap called Willesden auto.

   I have used the garage for the last 2 years. They have been awesome, in particular Sherzai as he takes the time to show me/explain what he has done with the car. Especially helpful for someone like me who knows very little about cars! Charges have been minimal. Would highly recommend.
