Really really kind and explained everything that came up on the diagnostics clearly for me. Managed to clear the light and send me on my way there and then. Really grateful for their help at such short notice!

   Having been forced to drive over a dead deer on the motorway on my way to work, the car was making some alarming noises. I called Hampstead Motors from work (on a Saturday morning) who looked at it immediately, fixed it immediately and even topped up my oil for free. Fantastic service, definitely recommend!

   I very rarely leave reviews, but I thought I should in this instance as I'm always left impressed by Aiden and the team at Hampstead Motor Services. I have used this garage for my regular MOT, for some years now, and recently needed an emergency service due to a flat tire. The team are always honest and accommodating. I view them as an honest business, with great integrity. Would recommend to anyone!

   Called them after a small accident which damaged my steering and before an important weekend trip with the family. They absolutely saved the day!!!! while Mercedes said it will take 3 weeks to repair, they have done it in 24 hours:):):) Amazing service, kind and warm team, super professional and amazing attitude. Dont think twice, for anything, just go there. The world need more people like this place:)

   I’ve never used the garage personally, but I’ve recently bought a car that Hampstead have maintained for the past 10 years. I was missing some information in the file that the owner gave me, and he suggested that I reached out to the garage. I just wanted to say a big thanks to Aiden and Rodney, they sent me every single invoice and couldn’t have been more helpful. Great customer service and after care, and if I lived closer to London then the car would be coming back to you for sure. Thanks again guys.
