   I've been going to this garage for roughly 2 years now. I booked it in for a service and as usual they turned it round the same day. Always a friendly voice on the phone, keeping me updated about what needed doing, and on this occasion, they even gave my car a little lean inside, which i really appreciated. It's a great garage, dont hesitate to bring your car to these lovely people.

   Hands down the best garage I have ever been to, and will ever go to. Don't even need to question their reports or invoices. It is exactly as they say and they always help you get the job done swiftly and cost effectively. Service with a smile and an honest friendly team working there. My whole family brings their cars to them for many years as we have full trust in Minesh, Peter, Raju, Tulsi and the rest of the team! Keep up the amazing work!

   As a woman, finding a good, honest mechanic can be really tough. I’ve had my fair share of experiences where I felt talked down to or overcharged, simply because I’m not an expert when it comes to cars. That all changed when I found MN Auto. I have been bringing my little VW Polo to them for a while now, and I can’t recommend them enough. From day one, they have been completely transparent about pricing, always explaining what needs to be done and why, and never trying to upsell me on things I don’t need. Their honesty and integrity are unmatched. I genuinely feel like they always have my best interests at heart. Their customer service is top-notch—friendly, welcoming, and always patient with my questions (no matter how basic they might be!). I never feel rushed or pressured, and I always leave with a clear understanding of what work was done and why. The team at MN Auto goes above and beyond to make sure I’m looked after. Another huge plus is their pricing. It’s always fair and very reasonable. I never have that sinking feeling of being overcharged or paying for unnecessary repairs. If you’re looking for a mechanic who is honest, reliable, and truly looks out for their customers—especially if you’re someone who doesn’t know much about cars—I can’t recommend MN Auto highly enough. They’ve made a lifelong customer out of me, and I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!
