Really good Dr's can always get an appointment and if they are full a dr will always call you back that day. Ive never had an issue and always very friendly Dr's, nurses and staff.
Parkside Medical Practice is hands down the best gp surgery I have been a patient with. Reception staff are always supportive and go above and beyond to help. GPS are the best I've ever been treated by, they are always compassionate and actually listen to what I say and always treat me promptly. Can't thank them enough

I can always get through on phone, always get an appointment, Dr Jay made a diagnosis for me and sent me to where I needed to be quickly and efficiently and the staff at the practice are polite and knowledgeable. They help patients be organised by sending regular texts and updates and I have a general sense of being cared about as a patient. Well done, it's not easy working in a GP practice these days.

Very very poor, where to start. 1st of all its very hard to book a appointment, if luckly its your day and you able to book then you have to wait minimum1hour in GP to your turn. if your appointment is @9:00 your turn maybe come @10:00☹️
Reception staff are lovely, compassionate and will help you however they can. Dr Jay and Dr latoria are amazing doctors, will listen, treat and help you. Explain thinks properly and answer any questions, never feel rushed. Louise is lovely as well and the nurse too. I carnt praise this Doctors surgery enough, was there threw lock down when I needed them. I would never change surgery's.
Where to start... I have been reviewing medical centers for a long while. This practice is the worst in Walsall, in short words the Main Doctor is a con who does Not pay attention to his patients and delivers over the phone consultations instead of seeing them up close to get a good idea of what the condition is. I was brought in to see this for myself as I could not believe what I was hearing. I have been studying this surgery now for over a year with only shocking results. Here's a very sad example of a patient who was neglected and ended up in hospital due to the lack of medical experience and knowledge desolated by the surgery. This patient came to the surgery complaining of right chest pains and a shortness of breath.. this patient was sent to the examining nurse which checked the patient over and told them there was nothing to worry about they just had a cold and a minor wheeze... Unfortunately the patient was sent to hospital on an ambulance that same night with a serious case of pneumonia. The patient was lucky enough to survive thanks to the great ambulance team which recorded the whole process fort their show on channel 5 called inside the ambulance. The medical crew contacted me and explained to me the severity of this patient's outcome due to the lack of medical support from the gp surgery. Social media goes a long way today don't be afraid to speak out. If you have been neglected by your medical practice let the world know, or unfortunate people like the one I just mentioned will end up in severe situations like the one they experienced.
My mom goes to this gp and has been with them for 3 years. She has various medical implications and have nearly killed her twice by not prescribing her the CD's that she needs and have been told to take by the specialists at the hospital. Also the reception never put through prescriptions on time or claim they have so you run around only to find the surgery shut and it's always too late to do anything about it. My mom ended up in hospital because of this and being left with no medication. One of which is heart medication. Horrible doctors, don't go there unless you want to die a horrible death.
