   Nobody going through this is going to leave a review due to the judgements they fear getting from everybody so I will leave one on the behalf of an anonymous patient that has been treated very poor. First of all, they posted a pill out, it took a while, they knew she was close to 10 weeks. It came the day after. Now you can imagine how frightening this is. A young person going through this tough decision with no guidance. She called BPAS a few days before asking if she could go to the clinic and take the pill, they said no because it was too close to her 10 weeks. Can’t understand the logic. She tried to go to the clinic to speak to somebody in person. There was no staff there even though it said online that it was open until 16:30. When she called for advice after the pill arrived a day late, they said she’d be prosecuted if she took it. There was no guidance, no logic, no consistency and no sympathy. A few members of staff were nice to her but most were rude. Another example of the flawed system. She now has to go surgical which could’ve been avoided easily. I work for the nhs, I am disgusted at how this has been dealt with. A complaint will be made.
