Very professional, reliable and reasonably priced. One feels you can trust them. I had to hand back the car to the leasing company after five years and had damage on one of the sides of the car, scratches etcetera that implied replacing parts and would’ve ruined my insurance’s no claims bonus. Gary Sullivan and his team (including Harry, Arthur etc) are very thoughtful and considerate, and did a great job, went around the whole car making sure all the minor scratches were also repaired. Definitely recommended.
I brought my car in on Tuesday 5.10.25 at 7am was greeted by Gary Sullivan who was very professional and able to resure me with all my questions. When returning to collect my car I was absolutely shocked at the pristiness of my car. The pint work was fantastically spot on and it was like picking up a new car. Ital Coachworks did a brilliant job restoring some blemishes in my 7 year old Golf. The car looks like new and Gary went out of his way to make sure I was happy. The price was not cheap, but in my opinion very reasonable for the quality of the work done, and there were no hard sells. I have no hesitation in recommending Ital and should I be unfortunate enough to need their services again, Ital would be my first choice
Excellent repair work carried out by Gary and his team. I had an accident which resulted in a dented side panel, scraped front bumper, cracked headlight and panels out of alignment. Upon receiving my car back the work was top standard, new parts fitted, aligned and the colour match was perfect. From the time I dropped my car off up until I picked it up Gary made sure I was aware of everything going on, the costs involved and all relevant information. Highly recommend.
My car sustained damage from a parked collision and without second thought I nominated Ital Coachworks as my repairer. Gary handled all of the estimate communications with the insurers and liaised between all parties to ensure that my car was put back to factory standard. After booking my car in Gary immediately started work on the car and turned it around in just a few days while keeping me informed all the way through. I am very very particular with repairs/paint on my cars and I can safely say the finish is 10/10 taking the car back to factory perfect. My car also required a new underside tray which Gary sourced and fitted for me without any hesitation. This is my fourth time using Ital Coachworks and they have always done an exceptional job on my cars. Gary is someone who gets it done and will always have a honest and transparent approach to any work.
We had a fantastic experience here - Gary was a pleasure to deal with and did a brilliant job at repairing some cosmetic damage to the rear bumper of our Fiesta. He was transparent throughout the process, gave several options for repairs to help us find the one that worked for our budget, gave his honest opinion on what damage was most important to get repaired and what we could leave if we needed to reduce the cost, kept us well informed throughout the process, and did an absolutely stellar job on the repair itself. If we ever need bodywork done again to our cars, we'll be straight back here - I cannot fault the service we received at all.

Just had my Ford Focus ST come back from some repairs that were needed to my car following an attempted break in. Gary and his team did a fantastic job. I have been made a mistake by ordering a used bumper without getting advice from a mechanic, therefore I ordered it without headlamps washer holes and I brought it to Ital garage. Gary and Arthur have done a great job by making conversion, painting and fixing the bumper. Amazing communication and punctuality, friendly service. Would 100% recommend
