   I bought a voucher off of Groupon for a sports massage. I called a number of times and left a voicemail, texted and emailed and didn't receive a response. It seems that other people have had this problem. If you aren't going to get back to people then don't offer discounts. I have requested a refund from Groupon and I am hoping that they take down the offer so that other people don't bother wasting their time

   Purchased a 60 minute massage through groupon. Booked appointment and day before received a text to cancel and reschedule. It took over a week and me chasing him to rebook appointment. 3 hours before arrival, I received a text to cancel and reschedule. I never did get my massage. Contacted groupon and received a full refund immediately. Terrible customer service!! Would never recommend this company! Only given 1 star because I had to give something otherwise I wouldn’t have!
