   I transport dogs as part of my job so it is essential to have decent, working air conditioning. When my air conditioning system failed I was in a bad situation but these guys managed to squeeze me into their busy schedule. They got the van fixed and back on the road the next day! Air conditioning is like new! I highly recommend this garage.

   Such a great experience with Potters Bar Garage today! I have had some difficulties with my car over the last few weeks and last night my car was telling me to check stop lights, my headlights were out and the stop/start had a constant error! Stopped at Potters Bar Garage on my way to work this morning feeling overwhelmed and stressed, after a pretty difficult time with the car and Adam was amazing! Took him through the issues I have had, and he took the time to calm and reassure me. 2 hours later, break lights working, headlights working, stop/start error cleared, and Adam is ordering a part so that my central locking can hopefully be fixed in a week or two. I really appreciated his calm demeanour and willingness to help, even though he was busy and I had stopped on the off chance! Totally recommended! Thank you :)

   RUDE !!!! Originally I came in for a Alternatot repair which he coudnt help me with, moments later my car broke down outside of the shop so I asked him for help restarting my car the answer I received was "well what do you want me to do about it". After further complains he told me to get the heck out of there.

Rob the owner goes out of his way to give you an honest quote followed by a professional service and he remembers clients as if they are family. Which other garage does that.    Diagnosed the car, tried charging way over the price that other garages offered. To top it off, they parked the car on a public road far away from the garage, and as the car had no tax, the car ended up getting clamped and pounded in South London, costing me £380 to get it recovered. After knowing all this, they didn’t even apologise and still had the cheek to charge me the £39 diagnostic fee. Scum bags.
