   My experience was terrible. initially, you’re promised the earth, told communication will be good, you’ll be supported throughout and the results will be amazing. nothing could be further from the truth. I had a hair transplant, the ‘office manager’ is one of the most arrogant and awful people i’ve ever met. the technicians performing the procedure barely acknowledged me, didn’t even notice when blood was dripping into my eye. i wasn’t given any notice for when it would finish and when i asked i was told by the technician she was trying her best to finish it, no time given still so when it abruptly finished i had to wait 45 minutes for a lift home with 3 very impatient looking staff staring at me telling me they couldn’t go home until i did. no expectations set so i bought myself a neck pillow and there was one provided so that was a waste. i had to ask about what medication i should take, should i use minoxidil, the answer was ‘yes probably’ aftercare didn’t exist, when trying to contact the clinic for questions and concerns, you’re calling a switchboard, took days to get answers. nothing about this was good, it’s very expensive and results are rubbish, so much so the surgeon said he wanted to correct it free of charge but because the office manager was so awful with communication, this never happened and the surgeon left… i think? how would i know, no one answers my queries. do not waste your money

   I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have experienced. I had arranged my appointment well in advance and even received a text message confirming it. Earlier today at 11am, I received another text confirming my appointment. However, to my surprise, I then received an email at 6pm informing me that the session had been cancelled and that there was no further availability for the foreseeable future. This situation is particularly frustrating given that I was told there would be a confirmation call on Thursday and that my booking was secured. The lack of communication and last-minute cancellation reflect poorly on the reliability and professionalism of the service. Clients should be able to trust that confirmed appointments will be honoured, especially when they have been arranged and confirmed in good faith. Don’t be surprised if you have a similar experience as unfortunately, reliability does not seem to be a priority here.

   Had a very bad experience with the Private Clinic Team. I ordered Minoxidil from here and I got told it would arrive within a week. 3 weeks later and it's still not here; I chased it up 5 times and I get told by every colleague that they order it from elsewhere so now I'm wondering why I even buy it from them since they charge extortionate prices too. I don't mind paying more for good services, but this was a terrible customer service and anyone ordering minoxidil really should contemplate buying it from elsewhere.

   I have been considering this clinic for a long time, I had 2 consultations here, I was unable to proceed after my first one, and I also went to see another clinic to weight my options... After looking into other clinics, I had no doubt I wanted my treatment to be done here. Staff are professional and give a high quality of service from the time you first walk through the door, until the very end of your treatment. I felt listened to and valued as a client, and if needed in the future, I would only consider this clinic.

   I chose The Private Clinic Birmingham after researching vein removal, this was not a recommendation, but I am very happy to recommend them following my consultation and subsequent operation for vein removal. My consultation with Mr Pathak and dealings with the staff at the clinic was excellent. I felt in very safe hands. My consultation was thorough and not rushed and all the procedures offered were explained in full. At no time did I feel pressured to accept something I was not happy with. On the day of the operation I was understandably apprehensive, the staff were lovely and allayed my fears. The operation went well and five weeks after I have recovered well. Majority of the bruising has gone, only small localised discolouration at a couple of the operation sites. The cut sites healed very well, with only two taking a little bit longer. None of the sites became infected. I am very happy with the procedure and the care I received. Thoroughly recommend.

   I had a consultation booked for a hair transplant which cost me a £100.00 okay that’s fine I didn’t have an issue with that. I walked in the Asian Pakistani consultant literally sat me down and said yes we can do a hair transplant why do you want one done what’s the reason do you not feel confident or what’s your reason it was a more of a interview he didn’t have a look at my hair from the donor area or anything. It’s a total waste of money paying £100.00 for someone to just talk to you and not look into what the results might be

   I've been coming to The Private Clinic for almost 12 months and have been thoroughly impressed with the service provided. The staff are very helpful and highly responsive, plus the technicians are very knowledgeable and always make you feel at ease (thank you Emma!). Would highly recommend as the results from laser hair treatment have been fantastic and the overall experience has been great!

   This is the 2nd time I have had a keloid removal surgery done by Mr Mark Lloyd who was exceptional! I have previously had it done by someone else who was not as good so I came to Mark. I had two keloids, one on each ear and I wanted to see if the surgery would work better compared to last time, and it did so I had my other keloid removed too! The team were super! The clinic is so clean, professional and Mark was so knowledgeable! Sahera and Rachel assisted me through the surgery too who were really friendly and caring each time I came in! I feel much happier and confident and I can finally tie my hair up after 3 years of covering my ears!! I would recommend this clinic and Mr Mark Lloyd in particular for keloid removals! There is a difference between someone who does their job for the sake of it, whereas Mr Mark Lloyd is always passionate about his work and it always so happy with the outcome and most importantly making sure I was happy!!

   What can I say except seriously disappointed. Prior to confirming my booking I stated to the receptionist my bad experience with another clinic; as to which she guaranteed me it will not happen with the private clinic. Lo and behold, I guarantee I'll never make an appointment here again. After sending annoying constant reminders via sms of my appointment with their non-refundable policy they cancel the appointment just as we are about to leave not by phone call but by text message. No professionalism at all, no alternatives were suggested just an quick un-sincere apology as if I were wasting her time.

   I have been going to the Private Clinic on Hagley road for treatments with Emma for over a year now. The clinic is warm, friendly and the staff are professional. As a regular client they have made bookings incredibly smooth and reliable. I tried various skin peeling methods with Emma, she advises skin treatments according to my condition and skin type and have seen a major difference. I'm very happy with their service that's why I'm a regular.
