Erroneously ordered the wrong windscreen for my BMW, twice, but with genuine apologies, and great customer service. Mistakes happen, but they also gave some cashback which I wasn't expecting. Well done Autoglass!
Took my car for windscreen replacement on 26/08/24 at Autoglass borehamwood then he needed to drive the car for camera recalibration, as he returned back I was just standing outside waiting for him, I notice this large scuffs on my passenger side rear wheel, I told him what happened here? Didn’t you inspected the car before handover no marks on my car including wheels what have you done? He said I was just driving the car without stop and don’t know maybe I hit a kerb! He uploaded the picture on his device and he told me from autoglass they will call you to discuss the bodyshop and how they will repair this for you and he said sorry and I left, after 4 weeks calls and chasing I got the final response from autoglass leadership team that my claim is now refused, The damaged is not new which means the person who damaged my alloy wheel said he didn’t and basically he lied and refused all he said to me that day, I uploaded pictures along with their email here for everyone to see and understand to what a disgusting people and company you handing your car and please be careful, I didn’t know that I have to record that disgusting person who is working in a somehow reputation company and now I know all of them are the same, I am now referring my complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
Sitting here at Autoglass Borehamwood thoroughly impressed with the speed and efficiency of the service. Steve in particular, has gone above and beyond expected levels of customer care by explaining everything worked on in no small detail. Had a couple of other little issues going on with my car, which Steve was quick to spot and rectify for me. First class service!

I was impressed by a number of things at this depot where I went to have my vehicle weather proofed after a break-in; to be followed by on-site installation of new glass window. Firstly I was booked in for 8.30am Monday morning. I arrived expecting to be their first customer but I wasn’t. I could see the place already buzzing with activity and a number of other customers in the waiting room already being attended to. Secondly they did not waste manpower by keeping a person at the reception waiting for customers to arrive and be attended to. Instead there was a bell by another door which you are invited to press on arrival and a technician comes out to collect your vehicle keys to do your job. The third impressive thing about this depot was the fact that all orders are pre-booked and scheduled to particular technicians with time slots on the computer. Fourthly I found that their pre-booking system was not mechanistic but had in -built flexibility to cater for mis-haps like my order taken over the weekend and not booked in properly by the telephone operator who took my order. Finally I was impressed with the positive attitude of the technician who took my car keys. He said in spite of my order not being properly booked in, he would ensure it was done and it would be ready in forty five minutes and that is exactly what he did. Clearly Autoglass Borehamwood deserves the five stars I have given them.
Didn't actually use the service but the guy who I spoke to on the phone was incredibly helpful and honest and went out of his way to give me the information I needed, absolute legend.

Poor service I had a booking and when I turned up the glass had not been ordered they could not tell me what had gone wrong. Auto Glass without the glass to do the job terrible.
They came to fix my windscreen the next day, easy to organise, friendly reassuring person. I'm delighted. My car insurers company quoted me about 9 days and I'm sure I spoke to a robot!
