I have been going to the clinic for a couple months now and it is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Andy is truly outstanding at what he does and he is the ultimate professional. I always leave feeling super relaxed. I also want to add the clinic is stunning. Always clean and smells lovely. Can’t recommend enough
I booked a same-day sports massage and turned up on time, only to find that the therapist wasn’t there and the appointment couldn’t go ahead. The clinic staff were polite and tried to be helpful, but the situation was still really frustrating. Even if the booking was made on the day, appointments should be properly checked and confirmed with the physios to make sure the therapist is actually available. I could have booked elsewhere and ended up missing out because of this. Overall, it felt like a real waste of my time and it’s put me off coming back
Don't know where to start, honestly can't praise active clinics and it's staff enough extremely professional staff, knowledgeable, considerate, supportive and the list goes on. No help, support or advice is too much for any of the team. I'm not the type to write reviews but almost feel obliged to due to the care and love received, I have been recommending them so much and will continue doing so, God willing. Been using the hyperbaric oxygen chamber for coronary heart disease and felt the difference it makes and highly recommend it for anyone and everyone either as an alternative remedy alongside other treatments or even as just a preventive. From the moment we first attended just to get some advice to over 20 sessions in, it's all just been positive experiences. Massive thank you to Hilal who has always helped from the start offering the most honest and valuable advice and regularly checking in on us, Selby, Lauren 2 amazing young ladies very helpful and respectful and a huge asset to to the clinic, Tammy, Andy, Karli and Bilal always offered their professional advice when asked about anything. Amazing clinic with absolutely amazing people. I pray for the success.
Great HBOT experience, nice to find somewhere that has actual solid shell tanks that do 2.0ATA, extremely professional and great attention to detail. Lauren is superb and clearly well experienced in the operation of the chamber, she explained every little detail and took the time to make sure everything was 10/10. I won’t hesitate to recommend Active Clinics to others.
Iv been to many clinics but this clinic has ticked all my boxes. The minute i walked in i felt like i was valued from the admin team to the professionals in the clinic. This clinic valued what i wanted to get done and told me the truth about my skin. Many previous clinics have failed to offer me the correct advice for my skin. I've had 6 sections of the hyperbaric chamber and feeling the great benefits already .I highly recommend the facial skin peel for pigmentation as I've had great results. The staff are very understanding and professional. Thank you to the team .
Active Clinic have been fantastic. I have had cryotherapy and hyperbaric oxygen therapy to help with Topical Steroid withdrawal and they have made a big difference to my symptoms. The team are all great, very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you, Active Clinic!

The girl was very helpful and friendly at reception. She made me tea. Whilst I was waiting I had a free trial session of the cryo localised therapy. It was my first time in the hyperbaric chamber. It was quite relaxing. I will monitor any improvements and do a few sessions for greater benefit.
The service is phenomenal, all staff members are super friendly and helpful. The treatment has been recommended based on my specific needs and I have seen amazing results. Highly recommend!!
