   Spoke to the pharmacist today at Northwood medical Centre she immediately arrange a blood test Was able to fit me in with the nurse today, which I was really pleased because I’ve been having problems with medication I was using .she wanted me to have a blood test so she could make a decision on the way forward really appreciate it lovely people thanks John Alvechurch

   Practice refused to do a referral through the right to choose pathway and blamed other agencies. After speaking with said agencies, they confirmed the information provided was incorrect and to follow up with a complaint which I will be doing. Unprofessional and completely lack empathy

   I have been with is practice for over 30 years, and have only contacted them judiciously. The standard of care and professionalism has deteriorated immensely. The reception staff are rude and act as gatekeepers for the GPs. They have introduced a triage system without trial, and it is now impossible to access care. No wonder the NHS is going down the pan, emergency services will always be over run because people cannot access GP care before a problem gets worse. I requested a recurring prescription for hypertension, and the doctors leave it for days before signing it. It’s a poor service now, and people will suffer because of it.

   Rude receptionist coughing snifing everywhere and not using good Infection control measures, didn't acknowledge me initially kept speaking to colleagues, didn't tell me physio was running late but was able to tell another patient she knew totally unprofessional and moaned about a patient on phone. Physio experience unfortunately not great I explained my history of surgery and what is happening now, didn't even examine me sat at her computer printing off exercises for me, I felt as if I did not matter I know my body and she didn't listen did do a referral for x-ray so I will not go back but go to my usual practice who do listen. Not a good experience unfortunately customer service training may help, but as a trainer in Health and Social care not everyone is open to developing to be better.

   Disgraceful is an understatement for this place! Messed my mother around on her tablets and now she's having to pay silly prices for medication. They just fob people off with silly advice and don't care about the patients! Need to seriously sort yourselves out here!

   Friendly staff, doctors are very empathetic. Have always done their best to help in whatever way they can. Especially with the pressures all around the UK, you can tell they are really doing the best they can. By far, the best surgery I have ever been to!

   I feel very let down.ive ask for help having discovered my blood pressure is extremely high only to be told to phone 111 or phone back after the weekend. 48 years ive been with this practice only in emergency ive ever bothered them.

   The GP Service is great but getting through to it is a nightmare. Clueless, incompetent but polite Reception team who don't have much idea where to signpost patients when they run out of appointments!!!!

   We have used the cotteridge practice for over 20 years and have found the staff amazingly caring and supportive, especially when my husband developed a nasty form of MS and we became increasingly reliant on their services. They do a brilliant job under very difficult circumstances. Thank you. Unfortunately in April my husband died and I want to thank everyone at Northwood for there support. Today again I am impressed. I have had very well organised vaccine for flu and covid and physiotherapy which was excellent. I think that this practice provides an excellent service in very difficult times. Definitely 5 star.
