We’ve recently moved to the area and have found this pharmacy to be absolutely terrible on so many occasions. The staff are so rude it is unexplainable, they seem like they do not care and have no idea what they should be doing. We waited over 40 minutes for a simple prescription which we had been notified as already being ready. The lady at the counter advised us to wait or come back. The wait time would be 10 minutes. We couldn’t come back as we needed the medication urgently. So many other customers were also happy, and stated that they had been waiting over an hour already. The whole management of it seems completely out of control. Working within the sector, I appreciate how busy it can get- and how short staffed they are but that does not excuse the basic manners and being polite to already frustrated customers. We will be moving to another pharmacy now, which is a shame, but this was the final straw tonight. A queue of around 15 people- out the door- and rude staff- excessively waiting, not worth my custom. When I have tried calling in the past, they simply do not answer their phones- in fact- during our 40 minute wait tonight I heard the phoning off and not a single person answered it- which is understandable given the queue and backlog, but not good enough! Need more staff

They clearly have a strategy of not answering the phone as it is too time consuming! No customer service skills , I have also had numerous occasions where the staff member has told me that a particular medication is out of stock , they say it out loud despite the waiting area being full , this in turn reveals to others what medication you are on, here's a suggestion, point the the item on the prescription rather than saying it out loud and revealing what condition a person has! I find the staff on the county have lack customer service skills and act like they are doing you a favour ! If there was another pharmacy here I would use it.

Health critical medical supplies not in stock. Waiting time off the charts. Even if you go and ask to come back later it's never ready. I have endeavour to use benefit of doubt however overtime I'm owed parts of my prescription. Some times insulin. I order one week in advance but to no avail. I will use somewhere else moving forward. It's seriously.a poor quality place. 0 stars .

They've not been giving me my correct amount of medication since we moved back here in 2021. Tried to blame the Gp, who was furious. Have changed pharmacies as the staff are rude and ignore you. Being generous with the 1 star!
