Whilst awaiting at Heathrow airport this morning, I fell into a conversation with one of HR Carriages drivers Jon, who was collecting a client in arrivals. May I just say, it was wonderful to speak to such an admirable gentleman. He upheld everything that HR carriages promotes (professional, smart, discreet etc), even in his day to day when not dealing with his clients. We exchanged pleasantries whilst we waited for a delayed flight and he politely and promptly excused himself upon receiving a phone call and slipped away to greet his client.
