   Absolutely the best garage on earth. Not only did they fit me in immediately to fix a flat, but the owner dropped my Christmas tree off on the way home as it was in the back of my car!! Always friendly, professional and great service.

   This garage has been a totally different experience to any other I've used before. It's amazing. Michael seriously goes the extra mile, and then some. The staff all seem honest, efficient, don't over service and listen to the customer. One of my early experiences with Brownings was when I needed my car back urgently for a medical emergency. They prioritised my car and got it back to me within an hour. The quality of the work seems very good and nothing seems too much trouble. I highly recommend this garage.

   I took my car to this garage for an MOT and was told it had failed due to a “large cut in the tyre.” This came as a complete surprise, as the tyres were in good condition prior to the appointment. I had the tyre replaced as advised, and when I collected the car and drove home, multiple warning lights appeared on the dashboard — including an ABS failure warning. As the garage had already closed, I called the following day and was instructed to send photos via email, which I did. I later returned the car and explained that these warning lights had not been on before the MOT. However, I was told it was a “coincidence,” which I find very hard to believe. It’s important to note that a car displaying ABS warning lights would not pass an MOT, raising serious concerns about the validity of the service I received. I paid £180 for this apart from the MOT and tyre change and left feeling disappointed and mistrustful of the process. In my opinion, the garage was neither transparent nor honest, and I feel they took advantage of the situation. Based on this experience, I would not recommend their services.

   Have our annual service and MOT here each year and Brownings are brilliant. Very professional, efficient and very reasonable cost wise. Highly recommend…these days the only downside is they are inside the congestion zone but because they are so good it is worth it.

   Highly-highly recommended garage. You might pay a little more but what you can be reassured that your car has been looked after properly. Miles is excellent professional. He will explain everything and look after your car like it was his own. You will know exactly what is needed to be fixed and also what service you will need to do in the future. I feel confident that my car is safe to get back to the road.

   We have used Brownings for my previous car and current for MOT's general maintenance, and for random issues. They are based round the corner to us and have been very helpful, kind, courteous, efficient, and cost effective. They provide a great service, and go the extra mile. It's obvious to see that they love what they do from how they go about their work and it's a pleasure to see whenever we've needed to use them. Couldn't recommend them highly enough...
