   We used Crystal Chauffeurs recently for a VIP at London Fashion Week. The Vehicle was wrapped with our branding and hired for 3 days. From first communication, throughout the hire, the service received was absolutely first class. They were very accommodating and professional and the driver was extremely attentive to the needs of our client. I have been completely blown away by the quality of the service, not only was the vehicle, wrap and driver first class, but also the little touches throughout, to ensure our client had an enjoyable and memorable experience. An absolute pleasure to deal with and will certainly be using Crystal again. Thank you!

   Used company to book a RR to take us from wedding venue to spa break and back home .requested champagne for us to have on route. Was given a 6 pack of glasses in the box and a boxed bottle of champagne with no ice bucket, not a deal breaker but worth noting. Unfortunately the rear seat belt did not work, the drivers arm rest lid kept popping up leading to battles between driver and lid to keep it shut. When we were collected it was the same car with the Brocken seat belt, half way back on our journey the driver pulled into the services as he needed the toilet, not a problem as my new wife needed to pop in also, unfortunately the driver failed to open the door for her as he literally ran to the services so we were left trying to figure out how to open the door. I think that for the money the car should be in good condition and the drivers a little more professional ( my opinion ), worth noting that both drivers were friendly and on time.

   I have used Crystal Chauffeurs for my family weddings a few times now and they have always provided an excellent service throughout. Top company, reliable and trustworthy. They dropped off cars to London on time and collected on time. Deposit all secured and returned straight away. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.
