Have been using Pronto for several years now,good drivers and punctual service,especially accommodating and helpful when booking and reasonably priced
Would give this company minus stars if I could. Cab is 45 minutes and counting late for an. airport run!! I booked them for 4.45am in the morning. By 5.30am, the taxi was nowhere to be seen. I had prepaid £96 and so totally at their mercy. The man on the phone then recommended me to try uber!!! Would not recommend booking this taxi service for anything you need to be on time for - especially not an airport run!!! Have requested a refund and the call operator told me that he doesn’t know how to do that and I need to call him again on Monday. I will not however get a refund for the flight I’m probably going to miss.
I have been using Pronto cars weekly for the past 4 years to collect my children from school, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. As a regular customer of Pronto over the years I feel I need to say a few words of thank you to David especially for his very kind demeanor in handling bookings. Also the drivers of different cars were friendly and attentive which makes using pronto very pleasant. Nothing is too troublesome for them to oblige. Thank you and keep up the good service. Shall continue to recommend many friends as I am assured they will be looked after well.
This is by far the best car service. The controller is always very professional very polite always goes above their duties to get you a car. No matter how big or how small your journey. I wouldn’t use anyone else. The drivers are always very helpful. Best in London Thank you pronto!

Exceptional. More than lives up to name! Brilliantly helpful planning time to allow for a long journey, which was fairly priced. No loud radio, but a quiet, kind, polite driver. Highly recommend.
I am never going to use Pronto Cars again and I would never recommend them to anyone. Having booked a car it arrived 30 mins late causing huge distress as it meant an entire Music School was locked out as I was not there to open up and organise the classrooms.
Absolutely horrendous experience and that's just the booking process - didn't even step foot in a car!!. Completely unprofessional, rude and a terrible way to run a business. Avoid this company at all costs. I didn't even want to give it one star but had to select it just to publish this post. Would be good if the owner of this company would contact me so I can explain in full.
