I was advised by my own gp practice to call here due to no available appointments as per usual at my own surgery . I received excellent service from Receptionist and GP , I required a follow up appointment which they accommodated with great professionalism . I would highly recommend this service .

I had an appointment with Pete. He was very professional and assisted my mother with utmost etiquette. He is truly the type of person we need in healthcare today, thank you for making us feel comfortable and respected!

It is 4pm on a weekday when this surgery is apparently open until 6:30. I have been on hold for 1 hour waiting for someone to answer the phone so I can book an appointment. Does anyone work here?

Iβve been joined at this surgery for over 12 years. In those 12 years I always felt as if I received the best care until Tracey the practitioner came along. She had no empathy for patients, always wanting to rush through the appointment. My husband had seen her on numerous occasions where she fobbed his condition of only to find out it was a very deadly serious condition. Dr rani had become extremely obnoxious, when I was being reviewed for a sick note she even went on to tell me βgo private for ENT consultation itβs only Β£100β as if everyoneβs financial circumstances are as good as hers. She also said a lot more condescending things in that appointment which left me very upset. The only doctor that actually cares is DR ramanpreet khera.

They are also ok with me to be honest but the physio is absolutely useless i was shocked that my husband was left with two bulging disks he went to the physio here , who said he would call him the next day before one and get the GP to prescribe painkillers. Never called for two days so we rang , he hadn't even passed it on to the GP. So they said he would ring us back again that day. No callednded up going to get emergency pain relief elsewhere after a week of nobody contacting or getting back to him.

Doctors are a disgrace. Booked a phone call appointment on Friday. Doctor didnβt bother calling. When I called reception she couldnβt do anything about it and just apologised. Waited till Monday to book an appointment which was phone call again. Waited until 4.30pm. Called the surgery receptionist said Iβm last and next in line. Waited until 6. Gave them a call and she was surprised as the doctor did not bother to call and had left the surgery now.

I have been visiting this practice since i was a child, early 80s, and last week i the unfortunate experience where i can only describe as disgusting and appalling. It took 7 weeks for me to get an appointment for only to be made to see a nurse and not a doctor. I am a diabetic with high blood pressure and since last 3 months have been experiencing extreme nuropathy pain in both legs, added with continuously reoccuring gout which has lead me to quit my job and stop driving. I visited 1 nurse who took my BP twice and was told she couldn't get a reading so i had to wait to see another nurse. Her name was Velda. I saw her and explained the 1st nurse couldn't get a reading, and she said she did take it, the results are on my screen. I explained my gout condition and she prescribed me 5 prescriptions for my diabetes and told me rudely that being a diabetic does not stop me from working. To which i explained i suffer from your a lot and i cannot walk, even with crutches its very agonising, to which she replied well once you take your meds you can get back into work. I then asked that i had a second problem which would be the first time that would be addressing the nuropathy pain to the practice. Velda replied abruptly to make it quick as i only get 10mins. So i have had to wait 7 weeks for a rushed appointment . she was not professional at all, ride and abrupt. Not to mention the way she was dressed. Raggedy T-shirt, tattoos, a chunky gold ring on every finger, 4 or 5 necklaces. Honestly it was a sight to see. Nothing like a professional nurse at all. Then she provided me a sick note for only 2 weeks for my UC claim, and the reason she put was GENERAL ACHES AND PAINS. She didn't mention my high BP reading of 180/120, no mention if the agonising gout and nuropathy pain and that i was unable to walk properly. I hope to never see her again and will be making a more formal complaint against her because of her behavior.
