   My rear camera was stolen whilst my car was in their care and although he replaced the camera, he was extremely rude to me and told me never to come back. I have been his client for over 20 yrs so be treated so unprofessionally is quite shocking. I would definitely take my business elsewhere as he won't admit he was at fault. Given that I picked the car up and went straight to my parents, a 20 minute drive and reversed parked into my driveway when I noticed I had no rear camera. Joe took my car to his house the night before, then back to his garage. Camera was definately not taken during a 20 minute drive. Shame after being both my dad's and my mechanic for over 20 yrs, it has come to this. We were both victims of this crime but the car was in your care when it happened. Just your reply, shows how low you are, guess your not as honest as every one thinks.

   It's good here to update google if anything change from any where I visited through Google map. For example places I visited, shops, restaurants, retailers and on the road mobile cameras is good to share from my experience to help the community and help all over the world update. One thing sometimes google asked next door the shop I visited or retailers instead of the exact place. Apart from that is good to help the community and the world to update.

   Joe walked over to my car (parked on Silchester Road) on a Friday and advised me on the work he proposed for the body and the electrics. He told me to bring in the car first thing on Monday. He and his team were warm, friendly and provided excellent customer service: they replaced the headlight bulb, brake bulbs and rear fog light unit, and put the left wing mirror back into place (to avoid me spending money on a new one). I was very satisfied with the work done and the reasonable and honest price. Upon collecting my car, I realised that I had forgotten to have the indicator bulb replaced. I went back and Joe did the job immediately in just 5 minutes, and at no extra cost! I would highly recommend this wonderful local garage. Thank you Lisboa!
