I want to give zero stars because this GP is really so bad. The doctor Gudi is so egocentric and she doesn’t respect the patient. She declined to prescribe me a medicine just because i asked to refer me to dermatology department.
Worst gp ever. First of all they never give you an appointment. My wife need a female doctor and receptionist told us that there is no female doctor and nurse available in gb but when I went there for my daughter’s vaccination the both doctor and nurse was available. The receptionist are lier, Dr gudi she never listen anything and do whatever she want. Any problem she search from google and tell you. If this is the solution then why we need a doctor better search in google .
Probably the worst gp ever. Reception staffs are very very rude. The only positive thing is they have Dr. Safdar. She is fantastic, professional, friendly and knows her job. Dr. Safdar is truly amazing. If you wanna book appointment book with Dr. Safdar.
I accompanied my mom to her appointment yesterday. Reception staff were not attending to patients but having a personal conversation. As I interrupted the guy at reception was rude, arrogant and aggressive. If this is how he is speaking to the elderly who cannot defend themselves this is extremely concerning..
Worst surgery my mom has calling since 6 months for high blood pressure and never gave her appointment she end up in the hospital when we came to book an appointment with the gp mrs Gudi was extremely unprofessional and rude I recorded the conversation so i can place my complain with the manager. I work in NHS as receptionist and the doctors I have been working are not like this. She make my mum high blood pressure came more high wich I take the picture of the figure and she denied is for that reason. The doctor are very bad.
Worst ever GP surgery , doctor mrs Gudy and staff is so arrogant unprofessional i have no words for this surgery, they never have appointments pretending so busy reception staff attend patients unwillingly
Very rude workers seemed like they didn’t want to be there to help me and was very rude how they went about trying to book an appointment I think the receptionist need to be changed as it very bad service.
I would say it's the worst surgery with worst nurse . Doctors are good but nurse is incompetent and rude . She doesn't care about patient care . There is so much miscommunication between the staff and such arrogance. It's hard to be believe why they haven't been replaced . I wish there was a better surgery around to register with . All are similarly worse . So probably need to move to get better patient care..
