   Have been waiting over 46 mins for someone to pick up on behalf of my elderly mother . Absolutely disgusted in this surgery. Why don't you have a call back service like other surgery's . Have had to terminate the call as can no longer wait due to other commitments. Even when someone picks up the receptionists are incompetent , unprofessional and rude .

   I was really disappointed with the customer service at this GP clinic. SHARON at the front desk was very rude and dismissive when I tried to ask a question about my appointment. I left feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. It’s a shame, because I expected a more respectful and caring attitude from a healthcare practice.

   This is my regular GP. I haven't ever had any issues with these and I've been registered for 2 - 3 years now. They helped me quickly with my mental health when it was at its lowest and years later I still receive that support. Outside of this, accessing appointments and GP communication isn't terrible. Booking appointments is purely online (not NHS app or morning in-person appointments). This can be frustrating but I did hear a receptionist walking another person through it over the phone and completing the booking. I filled the form back and got a call the same day around 4/5hrs later. I would like to send a special thank you to Shahida, she's amazing!!

   Wrost experience. The receptionist don't even know who has to deal with patient records. I went there 3 times to access my online records. In her first response come again as system is down. 2nd time she said I have to make an appointment with the doctor and I have to ask them to grant access to my test results online. I booked appointment with the doctor he told me it's administration task I have to contact with receptionist. 3rd time again she said I can't do it for you. In the evening another staff member phoned me and I was told to fill a form. I filled that form a week ago. Told I asked the receptionist she said I have to wait 1 more week!! It's ridiculous!!! My blood test was done 1 week ago after visiting the surgery for morethan 5 days. But still there is no response or results! This complaint is for victoria health centre capehill. I hope someone will response if they care. Otherwise read my review before registering with them.

   If I could give 0 stars I would! I wouldn't recommend joining this GP practice. I called continuously for 50 minutes nobody answers the phone. And there is no way they had no appointments left after 8:10AM. At least answer the phone it would've been a 1 minute phone conversation!!

   Dr.Patan lacks humanity. She is unable to help patients out as her ego gets in the way. Instead of listening to her patients she prefers shouting and talking over them as if they were born yesterday. She needs to get fired asap.

   Booked blood test in surgery, lady at phone didn't clue what she is doing. Staff at surgery was professional and helpful. Could not see any rudeness or unprofessional behaviour. There is no staff at reception. You have to do self upon arrival. Then staff will come and take your appointment. Plenty of spaces available for parking.

   Bloody useless with no common sense by the secretaries . Can never get an appointment on the day or book a prior appointment the same week. I often have to ring 111 or go to AE. Avoid if you can. I rang about coughing of blood the secretary told me it isnt urgent, book appointment in three weeks times. Went straight to AE

   My father was referred from stone cross medical centre from another doctor due to no appointments available in that surgery . I finally have saw a doctor who had a great bedside manner alongside great knowledge in listening to my fathers concerns and prescribing him the correct medication . There should be more GPS like you DR Siddhu. Thank you and keep up the good work .
