   My husband was just sworn at after a 45 minute wait for Odin to turn up! We’ve been to Odin’s several times before and we’ve always had decent/good service. There is a large sign at the entrance stating that everyone should be courteous to each other. However this does not appear to apply to Odin! My husband and children have, just this morning, waited for 45 minutes for him to turn up, to then be asked: do you have an appointment? To which the answer was no as on all of the occasions that we’ve been there in the past, we have never had an appointment, so why would we need one today? We have autistic children which makes it difficult to swap and change barbers on a whim, however my husband is not going to put up with being insulted. If you want to encourage customers and keep them, you need to treat them the way you would want to be treated! Especially when you’ve got a giant sign at your establishment saying ‘be nice to everybody’. I’m very disappointed and quite angry at the treatment that my family has just received.

   Wish I could give zero stars. What was a great barber no longer deserves business. Just waited for 45 minutes for Odin to turn up despite him being “open”. He pointed to me and my kids, a woman with her son and said you don’t have appointments. Then said “you need appointment’s, soo can’t do you” and pointed to a tiny sign in the window. As we were leaving, I said to my boys that it was ok we’d find somewhere else for the future. At this point he called me a “knob head” which was overheard by my kids and the woman and her son who also left. So much for his not tolerating abuse sign.

   Desperately needed a haircut so thought I'd try here on my break from work. Really pleased with it, great price and done an excellent job. Really easy to talk to as well. Just opened a tattoo shop in there as well!

   I took my little boy (5) here the other day. He's afraid of clippers because he'd been nicked when he was younger. Odin had loads of patience and was really sweet with him. We finally got a short back and sides after 3 years!!! I didn't want to use the FB booking service but just passed by and Odin was happy to seat my little boy and give him a cut. He is a very nice person and we will definitely be coming back. Can pay by card too. Just brill service all round. Highly recommend

   Was anxious at trying out a new style and having my beard style but Odin was awesome super chill and was happy to reference a couple pictures for the look I wanted, Great chilled chat and laugh while doing it all, highly recommended and will be going back again

   My son has SEN and always struggled with his haircut, however was at ease and actually enjoyed his haircut today. My husband suffers with anxiety and had no idea what he wanted, however felt right at ease and came home with an amazing haircut. My eldest son also felt.listened to for what he wanted and almost fell asleep getting his hair done he was that relaxed. 100% recommend to anyone, just wish they did women's hair now.

   This is a perfect barber shop, Odin is trained to listen to you and if he feels you are suffering from anxiety, stress, depression, he can refer you to someone for help, he's good at what he does and it's just one on one time so you can talk to him in confidence with no one else listening if you need someone to talk to, I'd personally recommend him to anyone, his prices are better than any around, he helps out NHS workers and is a credit to the community! Keep it up buddy!
