Faulty phone lines cannot get through. After waiting however long for the drab speech to finish. Every option results in a short pause/repeat of msg! Very efficient and effective for patients needing urgent support and can't travel to surgery.

Great and quick service. Reseptionist are always welcoming and helpful. Nurses are very efficient and pleasant. Drs are helpful over the phone and in clinic. Very swift process and very caring approach towards health. The calling system is a great one as it allows everyone to have a chance to gain an appointment or be seen.

Very nice telephone customer service. Very helpful. But some doctors are very ignorant. I am 21 days after breast cancer surgery. Two weeks ago I called to extend my sick leave with Dr. Land. A very nice doctor who listened to me. She prescribed me the right pills. Of course I couldn't get an appointment with Dr. Land. System problem. I was assigned a doctor at random. A big disappointment. The doctor who talked to me didn't listen to what I was saying. She was very rude and arrogant. I just wanted her to check my condition. It is very sad that the doctor who is supposed to help. Even more upsets the patient. I do not know the name of this doctor, she did not introduce herself to me. So much experience in the NHS this was the most unpleasant disrespectful doctor. I hung up the call. I felt disregarded. Do I have to go to the hospital to see a doctor. Let him see and advise. It's hypocrisy.

Worst surgery I have ever used if you have ongoing health issues don't bother. They love to hide behind the pretence of "covid" but let's be honest they were awful before that and now have a plausible excuse for the disgusting behaviour.

Disgusting service, have been extremely ill over the new year period. Different doctors gave contradictory advice, one doctor assumed a water infection based on symptoms given over the phone and prescribed me max strength antibiotics for 7 days without having seen me. I was asked to provide urine and stool samples which I did. After 2 weeks I had received no update on the results so I called for an update, at which point I had completed the course of antibiotics only to be told (only because I called) that my samples had come back clear of any infection and when I explained I am still experiencing pains they booked me an appointment for this morning and I was advised to bring another urine sample and have bloods taken. Unfortunately this morning was -3° and although I had left very early car took 15 minutes to de-ice which made me 10 minutes late. I was told I could not be seen but I could book in for an afternoon appointment but would need to make it by callback at 2.30pm. However at 2.30 pm I was contacted by a doctor Woodman who had a disgusting attitude telling me I could not be seen until later in the week, telling me I should have checked the weather before I left out and effectively blaming me for missing the morning appointment. I live 15 minutes drive from the surgery and I left out at 7.25am for an appointment at 8.15 I cannot control the weather. Doctors at this surgery are only working 4 hours per day and I couldn't be given the benefit of the doubt for 10 minutes. I still have no clue what caused my illness or the pains I'm experiencing, I'm aware that the NHS is generally a shambles at the moment but the attitudes of the doctors and ridiculous policies of these clinics is clearly worsening the situation.

I honestly do not know why these people are doctors. They only diagnose what is on their computer screen and what was wrong with you the last time you phoned. You never see a doctor now but the receptionist is fairly competent at diagnosing illness.

As a family we have been at this surgery for years, the service has always been great until the change in doctors. I am shocked with how Dr Bhat spoke to me when I was desperately trying to find a solution to my elderly grandads pain. There was no help or understanding & she just happily left my grandad in pain and just rushed me off the phone after being extremely rude. There was no help from this specific doctor, she just told me to to call a pharmacy for help. I will now be requesting a transcript of the phone conversation and taking this matter further as no one should be treated this way.

This doctors surgery is an absolute joke. Can never get through on the phone, you ask for an appointment latest as possible because of work they constantly say 3:30. Went to collect my prescription and was left waiting for over an hour. I’ve only recently joined & will certainly be leaving ASAP! Disgusting surgery honestly shouldn’t be allowed to practice.
