Can't just phone for appointment. I work in a&e doctors surgerys like this one is putting so much unnecessary pressure on a&e.
All the staff at Bunbury road were brilliant with my diagnosis, treatment and management of my illness and other medical appointments previously. My husband and I were sad to leave the surgery last year due to moving to another area. XX
Good experience at recieption today welcoming, friendly and professional as was Dr Inderjit Rama. He was clear and precise about the issues I consulted him on which made me feel at ease.
went to see the nurse. very in-depth tests, then some mores tests to see more accuracy!!. Using lots of little machines, all of which was free. Sometimes I think we get into the habit of taking the NHS service for granted, today I was very grateful. The nurses name I think was Joanna, very friendly and happy! A caring sense of humor that was refreshing to see. cheers
The receptionists are so lovely dr rasheed is brilliant and I must thank practice nurse Pamela for successfully help me to quit smoking. You all do a amazing job well done
We have been with this practice for many, many years. The receptionists are lovely , they are friendly and extremely helpful. The Dr's and nurses, especially Dr Gupte are extremely efficient and professional. Not once have we ever felt rushed during our consultation. A wonderful surgery, would never consider changing. I would recommend this surgery to any one. Thank you for making our visits less stressful, and for ensuring our wellbeing.
One of the nicest doctors surgery I have ever encountered, reception staff are lovely and down to earth the surgery is clean and welcoming and the doctors are caring and very effective, so glad I chose this surgery when I moved to the area x
