Unbelievably poor considering they’re here to aid people with mental health. I leave feeling worse every time I visit which isn’t often as appointments are never heard of here. You’re given new medications, then left to your devices god forbid you have side affects because all they’ll advise you to do is stop taking them but at your own cost to not take any liability if once you’re off them you have poor mental state again. If you have to get a prescription well hope and pray they actually write it correctly otherwise you’ll be waiting for them to correct it and nobody in clinic will actually be able to help you. Ask to speak to a manager and you’ll get a phone call at half 4 before they close and rushed off the phone with an answer for every complaint you give. It’s just overall poor experience and if I could go somewhere else I definitely would. I’m relatively new to being here and the way this is run is so so poor, I’ve seen dogs homes be ran better than this place. The receptionists are lovely and have been greeted very nicely but otherwise the actual doctors and clinicians just leave you to it in the waiting area. It’s traumatic.

Would like to say thank you to Tracey Coye, very helpful to me even at my worst times she listened to me, now I’m in a better state of mind I am able to understand how beneficial she was to me previously.

I'm really having major issues with this centre of late I'd say it's been the past couple of years now. I feel there is no communication between staff and I feel you get multiple reasons or excuses for the negligence. I don't attend their services myself but my Mom is registered under them and the stress it takes of late when it comes to her collecting her medication which is supposed to be on repeat I understand there have been complications this year with her having hospital admissions but she's been replaced under their care and I feel the lack of communication and culture of care they've lost in said practice has become somewhat lacking. I feel I may need to contact my Mom's GP and see whether she can be transferred to another service if this continues

Horrific experience ! What they did too my niece a victim of attempted murder the first trauma session was helpful & mindful that this long awaited appointment would help on the second appointment the meet & greet lady told her she had too leave when awaiting for her lift she explained she was awaiting her lift but was told she had too go asked if there was any shelter from the rain & if there was any where lit too wait said NO ! had too walk too the petrol station Take in mind she has not been left alone since the incident made a formal complaint too manager who was apologetic, after speaking with her psychologist this afternoon two options were given that she could return but the awful lady who made her leave would still be there or attend another centre & repeat every thing again this is a centre that is supposed too care for trauma yet a woman on her own with the severity of this case they left her alone in the dark & the rain There should be be an immediate safeguard put on these staff NHS England have been informed! As they are putting people who are vulnerable traumatised in danger & my goodness saying that she can go back but be in mind that the disgrace of a woman who told her too get out would be there ? Wow a Dr after two sessions & knowing the full transparency & severity of her Trauma the place is not safe !a full investigation of this establishment needs too be conducted How dare you put someone in such danger in the dark & the wet when the Dr told her too wait in the waiting room for her lift I hope you are closed down as it’s evident by your reviews you are a disgrace too this service !

Useless. Couldn't care less about their patients. Secretaries are rude, unhelpful & two faced. (to eachother and patients) medical secretaries do not do their jobs & only goodness knows what the psychiatrists get up to. They send letters to your GP saying that you are doing much better when you have literally just left their room admitting you are suicidal and in floods of tears. These people do not care or have a sympathetic bone in their bodies. They need sacking or new management.

Went to an appointment with this centre today I was really disappointed the reviews were right about this place. The nurse I seen was rude insensitive to me losing my mum. There was no compassion I left feeling worse then when I went in no wonder people are depressed and commit suicide if this is the kind of service out there for them.God help us

Rude, unhelpful people who called themselves health professionals. They care just about their salaries. I was twice misdiagnosed by this so called 'clinic', when I asked for my medical records they decided to discharge me!!! They, literally, kick me out.I am suddenly well and healthy! Wow. Avoid this building whenever is possible because they don't have any professionals working there, just cow maids, butchers, bartenders and village sorcerers...

Although my experience at Longbridge has been mostly very good I feel the phone appointment system is lacking in any understanding the difficulties people might sometimes have with this. My appointment time came and I sat next to my mobile for 45 mins waiting. I didn't mind this wait but it turned out the consultant had rung but for some reason my phone did not ring or show an incoming call on my screen. Checking my call history though showed I had been rung. The fault may well have been my phone but why do they then not try your landline? On enquiring, nobody seemed to know. Result is a 2-3 month wait for a technical hitch which was not deliberate. Very frustrating and upsetting

All appointments are over the phone at the moment because of covid. The first phone appointment didn't happen because there was a problem with the connection (not my fault nor hers) and she never called me back. I couldn't call her because I didn't have her number so I had to wait 3 months for my next appointment. She couldn't understand how she'd upset me or why I hadn't been taking the medication I needed her to prescribe me. She said next time I should ask my doctor to prescribe the medication which I did and they said they couldn't do it. Cue a game of cat and mouse calling both services to get it sorted. The advanced nurse practitioner I'm under doesn't believe a thing I say including that I have phone anxiety. If I could go somewhere else I would.

Made to feel like I was wasting their time, felt victimised and stressed. No eye contact and looking for more excuses as to why I shouldn't be there over how they can help. Lies written up in the letter to My GP saying I said stuff that I did not say blatantly contradicting and wrong information wrote making me look like a really bad person. I'm not naming names although I wish I could but the person I saw needs the sack. No compassion or care from them at all. Very cloak and dagger approach to the questioning. Makes you feel worse, came out of there in a daze and confused. Too interested in who I had bought with me to the assessment and made to feel like a liar.
