   My experience of FUE Clinics was everything that I had hoped for, from my initial consultation with Jeremy, he was able to answer all my questions and concerns regarding the FUE procedure. Jeremy really does care about the service they offer. When I arrived at FUE Clinics, I was greeted by Lee who made me feel so relaxed and welcomed. Lee showed me around the state of the art clinic and made sure I was okay, I was then invited into the waiting room to wait for the procedure to start. The waiting room features an approximate 30-40 inch flat screen tv, large amounts of various snacks and beverages, multiple sofas so that you can relax while the team get everything ready for you and the waiting room was covered with privacy glass so you are able to relax in private but not feel completely shut out from everything! After filling out some necessary forms, I was then asked what I would like for lunch, I chose the chicken arrabbiata and a lovely biscoff type dessert which was delicious!. I changed into the appropriate gown which was given to me and then met Dr Kremer who was my surgeon for the day. Dr Kremer is the embodiment of a professional and is extremely skilled in what she does. It was now time to start the procedure and also where I met the lovely Louise, Morgan, Natalie, Cleo and Lyndsay. Each of these girls made me feel extremely relaxed and also very excited for the procedure to begin !. Dr Kremer explained everything with exceptional detail and listened and alleviated any of my concerns and worries, the first part of the procedure was actually very relaxing to my surprise and on a few occasions I nearly fell asleep!. Once this was complete, it was time for lunch, where Lee took me back to the waiting room to relax and enjoy my food, which was impeccable. Lee also made sure I was okay and that I felt relaxed, which meant a great deal to me. Following on from this, it was time to start the second part of the procedure. During this part I was able to comfortably watch and listen to the tv in the operating room. There was an array of channels to choose from so there is definitely something for everyone. Dr Kremer and the girls explained what was going to happen now and again answered any questions that I had before we began. This part of the day was just as relaxing as the first part. Any questions I had whilst the second part of the day was ongoing were answered by Dr Kremer and the girls. Their professionalism and patient care is truly outstanding. You are able to relax and watch tv or even attempt to fall asleep if you so desire. Once the second part of the day was complete. It was time for a quick break before beginning the third and final part. The final part involved inserting the grafts. I was also invited to view some of the grafts prior to starting which is definitely something I would recommend!. During this part you are able to close your eyes and relax or continue watching tv. Any questions you may have are welcomed and answered by the team so that you can relax as much as possible. Personally I would say this part of the day took the longest, however I personally found this part to be the most relaxing and even enjoyable!. After all the grafts were inserted. It was time to get bandaged up. Again the girls were absolutely fantastic with this and ensured there was no discomfort when applying the bandage. Throughout the day I was given painkillers which really do kick in. Once it was time to leave, I was met by Jeremy who kindly gave me some essentials, this includes, a neck pillow to help with the travel back, detailed post op instructions, painkillers and some essential antibiotics. Jeremy truly does care about the service they provide and is always just a call or text away. Any worries or questions you may have post op, Jeremy is there to answer them and help. He also asked me to let him know when I made back it home, which I feel is real dedication to making the patients feel looked after. I’d highly recommend FUE Clinics, you won’t be disappointed!, Thank you to everyone at FUE Clinics. Amazing work!

   Had my hair procedure done at Birmingham yesterday 26,10,2025. The team have done an amazing job from start to finish looked after me and my wife (she was just there for support lol) Explaining everything they were going to do very clearly. I had a lot of apprehension before I had arrived but was put at ease straight away there was absolutely zero pain aswell which is a big bonus. The staff who done my procedure and looked after me on the day were all great If you are thinking of having this procedure done Fue clinics is the place to go people 10 out of 10.❤️❤️

   I just had a call with Jeremy, a consultant trichologist. I was set on having a hair transplant, but after his thorough explanation, he completely changed my perspective. He advised me to try drug therapy first — a more affordable option that they don’t profit from, which really shows their honesty and integrity. He also shared some insightful statistics about transplant outcomes, and I’d strongly recommend anyone considering a transplant to have a video consultation first as a minimum — it’s well worth it for the honest advice and clarity. The service was excellent, and the whole team was incredibly friendly. If I ever decide to go ahead with a transplant in the future, Jeremy will definitely be the person I go to. Thanks again, Jeremy!

   I just recently returned for my third procedure and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I knew going into the first procedure that I would need more than 1 as there was nothing on top of my head and the results each time have been beyond anything I could imagine. The communication with Jeremy is amazing and he has been there 24/7 and nothing has ever been to much trouble. My procedures were all with Dr Moussa and the wonderful team who were so hardworking and went above my wildest expectations. They worked relentlessly to ensure every follicle harvested was implanted and weren’t clock watching or rushing to get me out the door as quickly as possible, they took their time to ensure that the results will be as natural looking and give me the best coverage I could hope for. I am male to female transgender and was never made to feel awkward or misgendered despite initially having less hair than a new born. Everyone there is so friendly, kind and welcoming that you feel more like part of the family than a patient. If you are Transgender and sensitive about your hair like I was, I cannot recommend FUE Clinics highly enough! Thank you to everyone for the incredible results you have given me, I cannot begin to express how amazing you all are.

   The team here are absolutely amazing. My partner has used them and had incredible results. They simply go above and beyond. Not only looking after my partner but myself as well! Nothing is too much trouble, every question is answered. They are fully accessible as well as my partner is a wheelchair user. Honestly couldn't ask for more.

   Had FUE in March 2018. Chose the UK as I was apprehensive of the procedure. Staff are lovely and you are well looked after, however I later found out that I only had 1100 grafts extracted/implanted for the £5500 price. This proved evident as my hairline was never as low as I wanted it. I asked for it lower on the day but told I wouldn't get the correct density. I have just returned from Istanbul for another treatment, this time 2500 grafts for £2000 all inclusive package. You do the math.. Pretty much had the whole area redone and 1cm lower hairline. P.S. Surgeons do not butcher your hair in Turkey as I was informed! I have no doubt there will be a response to this review but these are my honest findings.

   From start to finish I was made to feel at ease, the process was thoroughly explained to me in a relaxed manner. The whole day I was treated amazingly, Dr Stangoni and his team were such friendly people and made sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout the day. The procedure itself was not too painful and I was provided with lunch and with chocolate and juice all day. Thank you to all the team who were involved, I really enjoyed it and am looking forward to seeing the results!

   Firstly I’d like to start and say 5* simply isn’t enough. Right through from my first consultation right through to my procedure the service has been second to none. Jeremy was very informative and answered all my questions regarding everything I wanted to know. He instantly put me at ease on my consultation with him. I then met with Lee prior to my procedure and again I knew I had made the right decision going with FUE Clinics. Jeremy and Lee supplied me with all the information I needed on paper so prior to my procedure I was able to follow all the guildlines to ensure it went smoothly. On the day of my procedure I was warmly welcomed by Lee and Dr Steve Stangoni. Dr Steve was very friendly and easy to talk to, answered any questions prior about any concerns I had and put my mind at rest. The procedure itself I had read online and seen so many videos saying how it can be uncomfortable etc. I personally did not suffer any discomfort. Dr Steve and his team are very professional but equally friendly enough to take your mind off everything. I am currently 2 days post procedure and I can honestly say I’ve still not suffered any discomfort this is total credit to Dr Steve and his team. I would like to thank Jeremy, Lee, Dr Steve Stangoni, Lydia, Morgan, Emma and Louise for their help from start to finish, your a credit to your profession. I can’t wait to see the results and I will for sure pop by in a years time.    My appointment with F U E clinic took place on 9th October. On arrival i was greeted by lee and member of the FUE team, Who was very friendly relaxed and would put anyone at ease who were a little anxious on the day. MY Doctor on the day was Dr Anne Kremer, once again very professional, very relaxed, very friendly. The rest of the team were led By Lydia who along with her team were absolutely excellent from my arrival to departure. They were all very relaxed, efficient, professional and above friendly they made the whole procedure flow with ease. I would recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of having this type of procedure carried out. They were excellent throughout the whole experience an i would like to personally thank them for an enjoyable day, great team.

   I'd like to start by saying please ignore the review with 1 start and go to the reviews on the website and see hundreds of brilliant reviews giving this company 5 stars! I have recently had a fut procedure done in Birmingham and I think this company is first class! From the first meeting with Jeremy there was no sales pitch he was very pleasant and informative no pressure at all! If your thinking about getting a hair transplant please watch the testimonials on the website and read the reviews yes they all sound very similar given the staff loads of compliments that's because it's exactly what the day is like you are made to feel very comfortable and they are very professional and friendly I was so nervous leading up to it but when I got there sat down with Jeremy and was introduced to Dr Anne Kremer and her team who were so informative and caring I was quickly made at ease!
