    Since the big makeover this barbers has gone completely downhill. Asked for shaved back and sides and a light trim on top. The guy absolutely butchered my hair. He may as well have used clippers on top he cut it that short. I've used this place for years, but won't be going back after the latest disaster. He also coughed without covering his mouth, which meant I felt it on the back of my head. Appalling hygiene standards.

    literally went in with my friend, pointed at my friends mullet and told him to give me exactly the same and he gives me a fade on the back and sides and cuts the top way too short. muppet

    Paid no attention to what my son asked for and then ripped me off for paying by card. Told me it was £10. Only when I saw my online banking notification come up did I see I’d been overcharged. Challenged it with him and the guy just said “That’s cos you paid by card”. There was no notification in the shop that I would be charged extra. Disgraceful behaviour. Won’t ever go again.

    I got a head shave with the clippers (which I had to finish off myself when I got home), and a hot towel shave. I have a feeling the guy hadn't done it many times before because he cut me to ribbons, and then tried to disguise the bleeding by using lots of aftershave balms and creams. This irritated my skin even more. I'm currently blathering e45 on my face.

    3 stars only because the last time I went was a good trip. Today, I was in the chair for about 4/5 mins. The barber with the beard was aggressive with the comb and even managed to draw blood at the top of my nose which I saw after leaving. Little care and a shame because last time was much better. With the competition over the road, this place needs to massively up its game and get barbers in there who care

    Has now been my regular barbers for over a year, the staff are brilliant incredibly friendly and most of all remember you so you can have a decent conversation each time. I followed one member of staff from my old barbers but all members are brilliant and never fail to get my beard just right
