I am coming to the end of my 12 week - Quit Smoking Programme. Health Exchange Stop Smoking Services were brilliant throughout. From the moment nervously walking into the Wednesbury office branch I was put at ease by the staff there and had the whole process carefully explained in a really concise and easy way. Caroline, my quitting councillor, confidant and general stress sounding board really has supported me throughout the last few months and I think the personal service has added to my continued success. Regular meetings with Caroline, Phone-calls when unable to meet her and the odd text conversation here and there really have helped the overall process of quitting. Thank you to all at HESSS, but mainly Caroline, you have quite literally changed my life for the better. Oh yeah and the champix help a little too ;)
