I have been told to call the GP after I had an appointment with orthoptics Saturday. I have just been on hold for 1hr 30 mins. Said I was number 1 in the que for 40 mins. A lady answered, I said "hello" and she cut me off and hung up!

Absolutely shocking surgery had emergency operation yesterday my friend took hospital letters stating I needed to see cns everyday from today for packing and dress change my friend was told nurse was fully booked and that I couldn't be seen so receptionist (doctor)who don't know my history sent my medical records to District nurses who are supposedly coming out to me today thank god.i will be reporting this further no wonder this surgery has a 1.7 rating its shit and I will be changing surgery when all this is over.the only good nurse here is Sarah Lewis she goes above and beyond to help her patients.

Shocking surgery. Can't even get a appointment. It's a joke. Been with this surgery for 16 years decided to change today. Only wanted an appointment since not been here in 8 years. Only was serious condition that's why I rang but they wasn't interested. Decided to change surgeries had enough. Should be closed down. Shocking

Stay away! This surgery can't even read emails, on their dedicated prescriptions address, and order items on them. They have no concept of accountability or remorse.... They have no idea what data protection is! If you don't believe me phone and ask the staff! !!!!!! I dare you!!!!!!!!! Complained to a manager today, got brushed off, again ! On my third NHS complaint in as many years...... Denial is not a river Egypt....... I wonder if Frank Spencer works there........

The worst surgery I have ever been, no priority or appointment in the same day for babies. I call at 8:00 and the answer high volume and they cut the call straight away. It is a mission impossible to get an appointment. They don't even answer the phone or approve the requested medication.

Zero stars if it was and option ....Every time i ring it either says the queue is too large and cuts you off or tells you your 10th in the queue which by the way is a 40 min long phone call, just to get to number 1 and have the phone picked up and put down.... this surgery is by far the most shocking I've ever had to endure. They lost my blood results over 2 years ago and i still haven't been retested, not for lack of trying to get through and rebook though. Honestly would not recommend joining this surgery I've had nothing but problems. I've even complained about a specific Doctor who laughed at me when concerned about my premature daughters breathing. young receptionist at slater street is a pleasure to speak to if you ever get the opportunity but the receptionists at cordley street are just out right rude and obnoxious.

I know things have been though through covid but I am very annoyed with how the illness me and my son have had has been dealt with. 3 days and numerous phone calls. To even having his Telephone appointment cancelled and I wasnβt informed he need antibiotics in the end to help him.. then myself developed Bellβs palsy. And no matter how many times I called to get an appointment straight away I was told 2 weeks wait each time this is going from the 10aug I then ended up at hospital 3 times in the space of 2 weeks because I was unable to get my gp to speak to me. Finally on 2sept I get a phone call for my sick note that will be late to work because they have to post it.. to then have the doc cut me off without saying anything else I can help you with or even a good bye I will be moving gp surgeries after this!!!!
