   I had an excellent experience with this GP surgery. I urgently needed my full medical history record for a Private Hire Vehicle licence application, which normally takes up to 30 days. To my surprise and appreciation, they provided everything within one hour. The staff were extremely helpful, efficient, and understanding of my situation. Outstanding service and professionalism. Highly recommended!

   Really really good surgery - I have had appointments with various gps here and not a bad word to say. My primary gp is doctor Chandan and it’s very reassuring to have somebody who has both personal and strong medical skills to ensure you get the best diagnosis and way forward possible

   Zero stars for this excuse of a medical practice. receptionists need to learn what Customer Service is and change their attitude as it stinks as seen in all the reviews. This place should be closed down.. Absolute joke. Nearly 3 weeks just to get an appointment to register BIG FAT JOKE. STAY WELL CLEAR

   If I could, I would give them 0 It is definitely the worst GP in the area. Nonsense customer service and rude staff. Doctors who I don't think are doctors at all!!! And I think they are extremely racist because they don't treat us foreigners well at all. None of my family's problems have been solved or even followed up. Even for my little six year old son. The health of the patients is of no importance to them. I don't know where I can complain to them. Definitely, if I find a way, I will complain about this PG for not reaching me and my family.

   Poor customer service with rude staff!! So many negative reviews and low star rate but they're still there ...such a shame! I am not sure about the doctors but their reception staff are absolutely disgraceful!
