   I have had to contact the doctors at Feldon Lane quite a few times recently. On all occasions the process of contacting and being seen were faultless. A big thank you to all three female doctors I have recently seen who have been, helpful, professional and extremely thorough. Dr Kyprianou, Dr Sarka and the other female lady doctor who is relatively new(apologies cannot remember her name), all outstanding, thank you.

   terrible gp. they do telephone appointments and rarely do face to face. i booked an appointment because i kept getting a kidney infection and i kept going to the urgent treatment centre to get antibiotics and they told me to get it investigated with my gp so i called this gp to book an appointment to get it investigated they said the nearest appointment was in two weeks. a few days later i was on antibiotics because the infection came back again and i lost the antibiotics so i was told to call my gp so i called my gp saying i lost my antibiotics and they prescribed me more but i found my old ones so it was fine but THEY CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT IN TWO WEEKS WITHOUT TELLING ME. so i waited two weeks for no reason. they never told me they cancelled my appointment i called on the day of the appointment asking why nobody called me and the receptionist was useless telling me the doctor resolved the issue by prescribing my more antibiotics THAT WASNT THE ISSUE. the issue was that i needed to get it investigated. rude and disgusting actually this is exactly why i never go to them.

   Dr. Sarkar and the team at Feldon Lane Surgery have been wonderful. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and well-organized, and Dr. Sarkar is always kind, professional, and attentive. She truly cares about her patients and takes time to listen and explain everything clearly. I’m very grateful for the excellent care I’ve received here!

   I’ve been visiting the nurse at Feldon Practice twice a week for the past six weeks, and I honestly couldn’t fault the care I’ve received. She has been fantastic throughout – always punctual, professional, and welcoming, with a positive attitude and a friendly smile. I’ve never once been messed around with appointments, which has made the whole process so much easier, especially with my work diary. She’s gone above and beyond to be helpful and supportive, and I’m truly grateful for both her time and care. Thank you!

   Cannot fault this surgery. Staff are friendly and helpful, and always have the time for you if needed. Communication is great, as able to send a quick online message for advice or an appointment if needed. Same day telephone appointment. Overall can't fault this surgery.

   I'm sure that on a personal level the administrative staff are lovely, so maybe it's the system which lets them down. Within recent months an urgent referral letter has been "lost" and yesterday I was given completely inaccurate information regarding an expected appointment. It's difficult to fault the medical treatment, but I no longer have any faith in the administration at this surgery. Don't bother trying to phone, but emails do at least get answered.

   Took my dad today his appointment was at 1pm still waiting at 2:15pm! Was told the doctor was running late although no one went in no one came out The nurse came out and asked me why we was still waiting? I told her we have been here almost 2 hours next thing she called me in and the doctor said he didnt know we was booked in and hadnt got any appointments for today ! Although the receptionist told me he was definitely booked in just he was running late ! Doc was a waste of time and couldnt wait to get us out ! Even tho he made us wait almost 2 hours ! Complete waste of time reception staff rude and spend most time chatting than working phone rings and they just ignore it ! I was with hawne lane but thats not even open so i have to travel here across halesowen ill be moving doctors id avoid if your thinking of joining

   Started calling at 8am as requested and finally got through after 159 radials only to be told the doctor will call me back between 230 & 5pm bloody ridiculous, come on Feldon Lane get your act together

   Feel so lucky to be registered with this practice! Lovely reception team that do everything to help, spoke to Tulay last time and she sorted out appointments that needed to be rescheduled and sent me a link for some guidance and advice that I could look at while waiting for appointments. The practice is obviously busy but they are doing a fantastic job to take care of everyone! Thank you for your hard work! And the online forms are great too! But mostly I love that I can get through on the phone!

   Spoke to a receptionist last week for some test results who advised she wasn't allowed to go through them with me and it had to be the doctor and to call back this week for an appt with the doctor. Called back today and the receptionist I spoke to didn't even ask for or confirm my name, DOB or any details, data protection must have gone out the window now. She then proceeds to tell me the results over the phone and that it's "nothing to worry about"... yet last week the same practice advised me receptionists are not allowed to give this information. I've persisted with the practice for so long, but this is the last straw. Will be moving elsewhere.
