    Big up motor continental on their brilliant service with my vw, managed to fix my suspension by commuting with warranty company to provide factory VW Genuine parts to complete the job and do a service with in a week, which left me very impressed!! I will definitely be coming back here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for one of the best VW Specialist in London hands downs, there’s even a body shop to fix your dents and scratches!!!

    Had an amazing experience with the guys at Motor Continental. From the very first phone call after my car broke down they were happy to accommodate my car the next day and from the very beginning explained and communicated clearly what needed to happen and the costs involved as we moved through the diagnostic. My car was under warranty so they were able to get to the root of the problem and take over in handling contacting the warranty company and all the back and forth involved in sourcing the parts and the solution. Very supportive through the process and gave me great advice and managed my expectations on the timeframe. When we finally got the parts from the manufacturer they then got to work super quickly and got me back on the road very quickly which I’m grateful for. Went above and beyond many times to make sure I was happy and give me the best experience, given the initial circumstance. Very grateful for their time and support and will certainly be coming back for future trusted work. Very highly recommended.

    Be extra cautious — read all the reviews. I went there to get the timing belt changed on an Audi A1 1.4 (2016). I didn’t mention the water pump (which I accept could be considered my mistake). The quote was £599, and I agreed to it. Later, I discovered it’s standard practice to replace both the water pump and timing belt together. When I picked up the car and mentioned the water pump, the owner said it had a hairline crack and noted it in the report, quoting an additional £344. It would have been nice to receive a call about this. The kit itself wasn’t expensive, but to redo the job they could charge full labour again for a part located in the same area. I see this as an oversight — something I believe a more professional and honest garage would advise on at an early stage.

    I found the team at Motor Continental to be welcoming, direct, professional and efficient. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for any repair small or great. The day after purchasing my VW Caddy, I checked the van into Motor Continental for an overdue DSG service. Following a routine vehicle health check, they discovered extensive corrosion requiring treatments and a severe crack in the right rear leaf spring, which somehow was missed by the Pre-Purchase mechanical inspection. As an urgent safety issue, I'm grateful they were able to spot and repair the leaf spring quickly and with minimal fuss.

    Excellent customer service, workmanship and value on both occasions I've used Motor Continental for my VW: - An independent inspection and further repairs following a road accident, where the insurer's choice of workshop failed to rectify the vehicle and had caused additional damage. - Annual service and MOT Murad and team are calm, clear, polite and thorough. The workshop seems well organised and staff very professional. In contrast to main dealers, this authorised repairer is far more focused on customer care and satisfaction. I've recommended to several friends who are all equally pleased. Prices are very competitive.
