I had an appointment with Dr. Raza today and I was very, very happy with the standard of care that I received. He was very polite and courteous, listened to my needs, trusted me to know (to an extent) what was normal for me and what wasn't and so helped to encourage my own confidence as regards my queries and personal insight to the issue that I saw him for today and was he was clearly more than happy to make sure that I received appropriate support for my condition.

I feel like I have to fight with the GP to get anytime done in a timely manner. Even when patients are at risk of being discharged from other services, they do nothing to fulfill their duties on their end. It takes weeks to get an appointment and up to 2 weeks to get prescriptions fulfilled. They have hung the phone up on me 2x in the past 2 days. I have had to ask for PALS information several times to report this service and only then do they panic and do what is needed for my care. Well this time is the final time and I will be taking my complaints to PALS. Once I am discharged from other services I will be moving GP’s as it is evident Quinton do not care about their patients.

What is the point of Quinton Practice if they have no knowledge of anything? Every time I go to this clinic they never have an answer for my issue or for my kids health problems, all they say is “go to the pharmacy”. I mean, I know I need to go to the pharmacy for the medications, but I specifically go to the clinic to get a doctor’s help and get a prescription, but the doctors there they have no knowledge whatsoever. Easiest job ever, just sit there and tell people to go to the pharmacy, I wish I had a job like that, getting paid to send people to the pharmacy. The nurses at the pharmacy have more knowledge than the so called “doctors” have at Quinton. Things need to change over there and they need to get real doctors, doctors that actually can help you with your health issue and give you real and helpful advise.

Turned up for my appointment around 5 minutes prior, and registered on the touch screen thrn sat in the waiting area. I was called in for my appointment with probably 8 minutes maximum and my appointment was with a professional and caring lady. Absolutely no complaints at all and very happy with the practice

Absolutely no issues with the Quinton Practice and have recently been very impressed with the service I have received. I have noticed a huge difference in improvements with the practice as a whole over the past few years which has been great! Dr Rana continues to be the best GP I have ever encountered, and where possible I always request to see him. Over the years of seeing him he has always gone above and beyond and always done a real thorough job. I always feel listened to and respected as a patient and feel reassured with any issues I have. Thank you to the Quinton Practice Team and keep doing the great job you are! Me and my family really appreciate all that you do when we need you.

I have recently had to see Dr Anwar on several occasions, as a person and practitioner she has been polite, courteous, kind and caring. I’ve not felt rushed in her consultations. She is a professional who thinks systemically and doesn’t just focus on symptoms, she has promptly made referrals for further investigations when required, whilst also reviewing and checking in on how I’m doing. I feel she is genuinely trying her best to help me understand what’s currently going on with my health.

Had multiple issues with Dr Chiam in last 2 months. Very unprofessional, unsympathetic, makes insinuations that my being ill with mental health is my fault, discriminatory behaviour towards mental health which if long term like me then its classed as a disability under equality act. Refuses give sick notes and when does its only for 3 weeks even though long term condition. Makes my mental health worse. Dr Rana is even worse, bullying, belittleing, laughing, harrassment, discrimination. Absolute no idea about mental health. Avoid at all costs.
