   Took car to this garage as its local to me. I kept getting a service light error message on the dashboard. Initially it was agreed to just do a diagnostic test for £40, I explained that I have a diagnostic machine and the error message didn't show up on it, the guy dismissed that fact like the garage one would be better and show any issues within the car. Communication was poor and I went to the garage for a update and was told that there was no error message found and that the fault was the brake switch, and that they had to change the brake switch in order in order to confirm it was the problem, saying if the break switch (£20 part )gives the wrong reading it can affect the readings to the gearbox which I didnt believe so after paying £120, 24 hrs later the fault light is back. I return to the garage to be met with attitude and to be told to bring the car back the next day which I agreed to do but after thinking about it and hearing from someone else who has used this garage and didn't have a good experience either have decided to take this £120 loss and learn a valuable lesson which is to not allow them to take anymore money from me for work that prob wasn't even done. It's very upsetting to have such a experience when times are hard, I essentially used money I didnt have to fix a car issue that is still there. It would of been good to get some of the money back as I feel scammed.

   I’m not too sure about these guys. Every time I take my vehicle here to get it fully looked at and fully repaired something seems to go wrong not too long after and I seem to be charged between £350-£650 on every revisit. One time I asked for a quote to change my tyres and was quoted £780, went to Tyretrax down the road and was quoted £250. I also asked for a bodywork repair and was quoted £540, then I asked at Coventry road bodywork and was quoted £350. So they’re definitely overpriced and definitely taking advantage of their customers. The only problem is that they’re the only actual auto repair garage in close proximity. Edit: I go by an alias on Google and you are the only auto repair garage in close proximity to where I live, not the only one in the area.
