First time using Crystal today, and was very impressed. Booked for 3.30am, driver a few minutes early, and sent text to say he'd arrived. Nice clean car, smooth journey, friendly and helpful driver. Made our journey to Gatwick stress free. Thank you.

Booked for a round trip to and from Stansted airport. Would highly recommend! We had an issue arriving back into Stansted which meant we were delayed for over an hour and a half. The driver was understanding and patient and waited for us.
They picked up my cousin from Gatwick airport. Driver was very helpful and they offer service at very reasonable price compared to any other local company.
Really rude on the phone- called and asked for a cab and was just told no and hung up on. Great way to run a business
Great service!!! I ordered an airport pickup from this company to pick us up from Heathrow from our return flight and take us back to Crystal Palace. I placed the order via email rather than the online booking and received a booking confirmation. I was a little worried when our holiday flight ended whether they would be there, but I needn’t have worried as the driver was there on time and was waiting in the car park for us to clear customs first. The service we received was faultless. The driver was very polite and courteous. It was late at night and we arrived home in just over an hour. Thank you Crystal Taxis. Dawn H
Avoid this company - they lie. I booked a taxi online to Heathrow Airport, giving over 24 hours notice. I received a confirmation email a couple of hours later. I then phoned them to confirm the booking and I was told that my taxi ride was booked. After it didn't arrive today at the time that I'd booked I phoned them again. They said that they had no record of my booking. When I pressed them on this, they said that they could arrange a taxi but for much later and at a much higher price than originally quoted.
