   Absolutely friendly and helpful staff - Paul and Chanelle. I was there to get a second opinion on the non working wiper of the car. And I must say these people know their job very well, not only they fixed it promptly but at 1/10th of the cost I was told at a leading car servicing centre. Highly recommended service !

   Took my van in to get crankshaft pully and fanbelt done.. Paul told us it would be done within a few days but 2 weeks later and the part still ‘didnt arrive’ and he had no idea where it was. This was a work van and the only reason why we took it there as he said he can get it sorted asap.. constant lies over the phone, quite rude, no communication at all and just a terrible experience. We ended up getting the keys from him, and got it sorted the SAME DAY with someone else!!! I would never ever recommend Beckenham MOT! Probably the worst garage locally.
