I don’t know what’s happened recently with the practice, but telephone appointments are being missed, call wait times are awful. 25mins 8 mins and then 7 mins again just today and still no answer. Mis-prescribed prescription as well. Such a pity.

I visited this centre to have a physio appointment. On this occasion I had little or nothing to do with the centre staff. However, on a previous occasion. I needed to cancel my appointment due to illness, and was having trouble getting through to the Community Physiotherapy phone line. As an alternative I tried the health Centre number in an effort to let the therapist know that I couldn't attend. The member of staff I spoke too refused to pass a message to the therapist as she said they were nothing to do with them. It was obviously far too much trouble for her to get off her backside and pass on a message to someone in the same building than it was to offer assistance in this instance. It costs £160 for a missed appointment, if I had notified my therapist with enough notice, with the help of this ignorant jobsworth, she could have possibly given my appointment to someone else and avoided a wasted time slot. So whoever you are, thank you for being so stubbornly unhelpful.
