   Absolutely amazing practice. Dr Kay and Dr Sam provided us with a home visit when our father was unwell despite only being at the practice a few days as having to move in with us. They provided the most amazing care and were so compassionate and kind to our family. Dr Kay gave us so much information and arranged for all the necessary care in the end of our fathers life. From the moment we called the practice to the passing of our father, Halesowen medical practice have cared for us and guided us through this devastating time. We cannot express how much we appreciate you all.

   At the request of the Dr I was told last week to seek an appointment with him if my symptoms persist after meds. Symptoms have persisted, asked for an appointment to see him this morning, given a date in March. What good is that?. I was offered an appointment with a paramedic, by the time I had discussed what the Dr had previously advised the slot had gone!! No the receptionists fault but the managers and senior Dr's do need to review their appointment practices. I now have to do the Halesowen Medical lottery call in the morning to seek an emergency appointment. There are slots with the same Doctor but they can't give me one as I must phone in the morning to secure one. Ridiculous.

   What a breath of fresh air, visited today and it’s been awhile. Lady called Mandy on the reception desk was very smiley and pleasant. Dr Sarah Allen was also very helpful :) My kids go to another doctor’s and honestly the difference is like night and day.

   I can never book an appointment with a doctor. Even if I call at 8am or I go to the Surgery myself early in the morning! It doesn't make an once of difference! They never have an appointment available. The earliest one are always 2 to 3 weeks after booking. What if I need antibiotics for something? Do I have to go to E&A just for antibiotics ? Or go to the walk in centre only to be asked why didn't I book an appointment with my GP !?

   I feel fortunate to have been a patient here for many years. I can't understand the low rating. Recently in hospital the doctor said he couldn't recall anyone else with something good to say about their surgery. Again, I find them excellent

   Use to be a very good Practice with some great Doctors. Unfortunately they have left and moved on. If you can get to see one of the main GPs then your lucky, as they are really good and established.

   They basically refused nhs review because the complaint I brought against them wasn’t complete , reason being was the gp idea of advice is to use phone app although I was there in person , and no reason at all rude receptionist complaint also never sorted out . Like every other gp can’t get appointments

   Rang surgery 2/12, 50 minutes holding on, was told I'd get a phone call 12.15 3/12 didn't happen. Went into surgery 5/12 to find out what happened, no record of my phone call. Asked to see Gp told January 2023. Why is this happening, waiting room was nearly empty, receptionist yawning and disinterested.

   I've been with this practice for around 10 years. I've seen a number of the doctors and other health care professionals, and each one has provided outstanding service. I can't recall ever having a bad experience. I'm usually able to get appointments to fit around work, and there isn't normally a huge difference between the scheduled and the actual time of appointments. Building is clean and well maintained. Parking can be a bit hit and miss at times. Big fan of Patient Access (I know this isn't specific to this practice) for prescriptions. Feels a bit weird recommending a medical practice, but what the hell, give them a go, you could do worse.
