Quick, friendly & efficient service, when I have my medication sent to this pharmacy, the medication is ready to collect same day, no long waiting times like other pharmacies.
99.9% of the staff are great and extremely helpful, they know who they are. They will go out of their way to help you however they can and are always pleasant to the customers.

Poor internal communication. Phoned ahead to see if my prescription was in stock, was assured it was by a caribbean sounding lady, said I would be there the same day to collect it. She said they closed at 6. Turned up, and my prescription was not actually fulfilled. They didn't have the meds. Asked for the lady who answered the phone to be informed, so this error would not occur again. She was not. So depending on who answers the phone, may impact your quality of service. If you don't educate your staff on their mistakes, they will not learn, and we all suffer.
Excellent chemists They did not have medication in stock and there was a possibility it might not be there before I went on holiday. Pharmacist suggested I went back to GP’s to get the prescription changed so that they would be able to dispense medication in time. This was fantastic service and took the stress from me before I went away. Above and beyond my past experience of chemists - many thanks
I had a telephone conversation with the chemist staff and they are all very helpful. To mention especially michael (if i spelt his name correctly), who really gave time to help me with my concern regarding the yellow fever vaccination. Thanks alot for the help.
Best pharmacy in the area, don't keep you waiting for too long, friendly staff always willing to help. And the pick up point is a great bonus when you can't get there during open hours.
Excellent Pharmacy! Recently moved prescription service from Lloyds in Halesowen to Hawne Pharmacy - best thing I have done! Staff are efficient, polite and are very prompt in supplying medication. No problem at all in recommending!
