   Why is this cab office even open. You can rarely get a cab or have the wait over 20mns for even the shortest journey. On Friday all the drivers are at prayers and they demand you pay a drivers congestion charge if your journey goes near the city. No wonder UBER/BOLT are so busy.

   I tried to order a cab but the operator refused to take my booking because it was deemed to be 'too short a booking (1.4 miles). The worst part is I explained my husband has multiple sclerosis and can't walk properly. The operator said he's still not booking it...too short a trip and hung up on me. This has left me feeling so very distraught that someone could be so unkind. A note to your staff. It's not all about the long trips... And I would have paid over the odds! Rude! Do not use this firm or sack the operator that took my call prior to writing this review. Why are disabled people excluded?!?

   Savage. Another local company made me down and did not show up for our booking to the airport. This office send me car within 5 minutes and picked me up together with my family . I found the driver polite and helpful. The vehicle was clean , new Mercedes. Thank you, Hoxton cars. We will be using you again . Highly recommend to everyone out there looking for fast,reliable taxi.

   I run an over 55's sheltered accommodation and I ordered a taxi for 6 elderly tenants for 8:40 to catch the coach at another scheme. I have just sent them on their way at 9:25 luckily the bus is waiting for them. Otherwise they would have lost their £100 it cost for the day trip. All head office kept saying was 'he's outside' which is no use to me when im stood outside with 5 agitated tenants in the boiling sun!! I'm furious. even the driver said he'd been given the wrong postcode and it happened all the time. Such a break down in communication between the driver and the head office. it happened to me the other week. same issue different location. I will be taking my custom somewhere more reliable
