   I had my 1st botox treatment with Tracey early in the year, I was so pleased with the result I rebooked for summer and have already got my Christmas appointment booked. I had a consultation first as I was a little nervous as this was my first aesthetic treatment. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the lovely Vaughn and straight away felt at ease. Tracey talked through my concerns and at no point did I feel pressured to go ahead. Tracey was honest and didn't try to push any treatment I didn't need.    From my first visit I had a warm welcome, made to feel at ease. Vaughn is lovely friendly with a Calm personality. The clinic is decorated to a very high standard, felt very safe with Covid still lurking. Fresh filtered water or hot drink was available. Tracy listened to my concerns, and gave me advice, showing me the procedures, I obviously asked lots of questions, which Tracey answered until I was happy with the route I decided to taken. I felt Tracey reassurance made me feel confident and 100% in my treatment. I wasn’t forced into treatments, with truthful comments. I’ve never looked back since my first visit! Tracey very concerned about her patience comfort and pain threshold, she is very professional and continues to ask if you are ok, her knowledge is outstanding and I felt completely at ease and safe. I’m so pleased with my new youthful face. And look on Tracey and Vaughn more friends now, always welcomed with a sincere hug and beautiful smile. Love you ladies.♥️♥️♥️
