   Just had a haircut in Room 57 while passing through Chester. I’m always angsty about getting my haircut anywhere as my usual barber at home is gold standard. A barber shop is only as good as the barber and Jamie is top notch! He crafted a work of art on my follicle challenged dome! He has Jedi-like skills that are matched only by his personality. He’s a thoroughly nice guy to chat to and set me on my way looking sharp and ready to face the rest of my day. Bravo Jamie! Keep up the good work. See before and after pics attached.

   The barbers are extremely skilled and talented. Book an appointment with Joe “The Hair Wizard” his cutting and styling are fabulous. My son in law also enjoys going for a haircut and a beard trim. Get to Chester and meet the Friendliest most talented barbers in the UK.

   Brought my son for a cut, and I was nervous as my son is very particular but is too shy to say what he thinks. I was thrilled when I saw he was so happy. Loved his cut and he was given tips on how to style his curly hair as well. Next time I'll be able to drop him off and go shopping, although I was treated to a really good cup of coffee while I waited. ☕

   I just had the WORST haircut experience of my life. I showed the barber a photo as a reference and asked him not to cut too much on the top of my hair, asking him to focus only on the sides. I don't know why, but he decided to cut all my hair extremely short. I was clear about preserving the length on top, trimming the ends if necessary, and he ignored me. I spent months growing my hair out, only to have to spend the next few months wearing a cap to hide what they did. I don't even know why they charged me for something I clearly hated. This is how long my hair was, the reference pictures I showed him and what I’ve got.

   The guys in there are fantastic. Easy to get along with and very relaxed. Know exactly what they’re doing with your hair, you could easily just ask them to do what they thinks best with it. Will only go here and Dan always turns my train crash hair into something decent when I leave.

   The best experience. Matt made us feel so very welcome. Can’t tell you how happy my husband was with the finished look. Matt was amazing. The best haircut and beard trim with a steam towel shave. Worth every penny. A really talented barber with meticulous attention to detail. Nothing too much trouble. Highly recommended. Thanks Matt. We’ll definitely be back.
