This was my first Mot at Autotunes so it was abit overwhelming of what to expect however, the gentlemen at the mechanic made me feel a lot more at ease, and gave me extra support and knowledge on my car!
I was planning to book my car in for a service and gave them a call this morning. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone was extremely rude and clearly lacked even the basic manners or professionalism needed to handle a customer enquiry. Based on that experience alone, I’ve decided not to go ahead with this shop. Very disappointing first impression.
What a wonderful team that took great care of me and my car, managed to get my vehicle MOT’d with no problems. A very professional and efficient establishment and I would definitely recommend this local garage to friends & family!!!
Fantastic service from the team. Booked my car in for an MOT and had impeccable service provided. One of the Testers was very efficient in booking me in plus took extra care in carrying out the MOT given the car I have. The staff were very happy and the environment was warming. Great experience. Booked in straight away for MOT, timely and even gave me a desk to work from while I waited! Also explained the issues with my car to address.
After being reccomended by a friend a Very friendly guy chris was able to see me straight away and MOT my car. The service was fast, a good price and he was very professional. I will be returning for my next MOT and will be using the business if needed in the mean time.
I would highly recommend Chris. He is very friendly professional and honest. I have been having my car serviced and MOT here for over eight years now and would never go anywhere else. No job is to little for him to fix. So if you want a job well done then this is the place to go.
