Called the surgery to book an appointment and spoke with Seema, she was very understanding with my concerns and offered me an appointment for the same day, she was very accommodating and well spoken. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

I phoned to request another prescription (due to the pharmacy changing hands & returning them to surgery) and I explained the medication was for severe depression in which I was finally accepting the help for, for the first time. Cut along story short I was laughed at by the receptionist Seema which instantly brought me to tears. I said to her that I think it is disgusting you would laugh at me like that and asked her to apologise, She did 'Apologise for Laughing at me' but I was already embarrassed & felt so away by it. It was hard enough to accept medication in the beginning, without being made to feel this way.. I more than understand the pressure on services is more than ever however the blatent attitude, ignorance and disrespectful nature of the receptionist was quite hurtful.. This is not the first time I have had awful attitudes from receptionists here since they switched hands. Dr Rangels team would of never accepted this....

very poor service, I always need to wait in the morning at 8.00 am or else they won’t give you an appointment, their phone doesn’t even ring at the surgery and even if it does they don’t pick up. My husband have serious problem with high blood pressure and they even prescripted a medication for him. The receiptionists are the worst and they do not respect the patient at all.

Great surgery never had any issues seeing my doctor, Dr Asgar is great always has time for his patients. The only issue is when trying to call surgery you could be waiting a while. Need to call 8am on the dot otherwise waiting time is long. The receptionists are good always have time when I call.

4.5 hours waiting for a call back. Phoned at 10.30am it's now 3.00pm and still no call back. Calling on behalf of elderly parent. This is the second time this week I've tried to speak to someone. Just glad this isn't my own doctors. I will be lodging formal complaint with Commissioning Agency.

I would give it a lower score but I can't.. absolutely terrible I phoned for an appointment today 29/7/19 and the very rude receptionist said that we don't offer appointments in advance now they are on the day appointments so I have to phone at 8am every morning to see if there is availability.. I asked her when had this started and she said it's always been like that.. which I replied that i have been coming here all my life and it hasn't !! I then said to her that I'm going to have to unfortunately change doctors to which her reply was go then !! Absolutely appalled at the staff they have working there. They need a good lesson in customer services. Underpaid and short staffed is never an excuse to be a complete and utter arse !
