   I went in and I asked for my haircut to be the same as it was when I walked in, just trimmed on the back and the sides. The barber showed me what he'd cut, which was about 2cm and I agreed. I don't have my glasses on so I can't see what's going on, but he proceeds to do the absolute wrong kind of care for my hair and somehow, I walk out of the barbers with straight hair?? My hair was curly when I walked in? I asked if there was a putty to use to style my hair with, to which the barber replied "I don't know what you want" he told me a powder would do the same job, so he put it on, and my hair now is greasy as I'm walking out of the shop. I'd expect a barber to know what a styling putty is and know how to use it without me, a complete beginner in mens haircare, to explain it to him who was meant to be trained in all things mens hair. I left the shop with something that was not what I asked for whatsoever even though I kept checking to make sure it was what I wanted, and somehow disregarded all of the things I asked. Don't come here if your hair is even slightly curled because everyone seems to leave pin-straight. Edit - the sides are also far too short. I asked to have a good amount to work with on the sides, again, trimming 2cm. I have nothing to work with at all now, it's very short there and I can barely scrunch it as I normally would to style my hair. I explained to the barber exactly how I style my hair too, so I thought he would know to leave a good amount there, also because I specifically requested it.

   This is the best barbers I have been to, they do not rush when dealing with you and give you their full attention. Their attention to detail is second to none and make sure you leave feeling like your ready for anything. When cutting child's hair they are patient and keep them entertained whilst doing their job. They also give your child the option for a fruit shoot and lollypop after their cut. The barbers is always very clean and has plenty of seating. This place as far as I have experienced is faultless

   I have been yesterday in this saloon and I was unhappy about two things. First one, the barber who had my haircut was a beginner and totally messed up my hair (I will probably go today and have another haircut), and second thing is the price - 14 pounds for a simple haircut (whereas in the previous barber shops that I have normally my haircut, they work and opened in years and still charge for 10 pounds + they have just opened recently). Moreover, I have told the barber about three times to fix my hair on the sides (the way I like it and how I keep my hair). Therefore, yesterday I said to myself to give them a try as the saloon is on my normal daily routine but clearly was a big mistake. However, this is only my opinion. In addition, I have just added two pictures with both sides where there is a clear difference (looks like two different haircuts), whereas on the my back of my head it is still visible a separation line.
