   Excellent work. Olly removed this from my tyre same day! Very friendly and helpful despite the heat - and the phone ringing off the hook. Just along from the Post Office sorting office at Bromley North station. Note closed Friday & Saturdays.

   Did what we wanted we thought. However the engine was 'hunting' and when I told them, there was no reaction. Almost immediately the car found accelerating difficult. I took it into a different garage who diagnosed the problem in under five minutes. They changed a part and it was like a different car. I was told it should have been identified immediately. This cost me an extra £223. Not at all happy about this

   At last I’ve found a garage I can trust. After having major issues with my car I got in touch with Bromley Car Care and my car had a new alternator, full service and MOT by the next afternoon. As someone who knows very little about cars I trusted their advice and workmanship. Would highly recommend this company.

   I used this garage three times over the past year—for repairs, a major service, and an MOT. I also went in for brake pad and disc replacement, as well as engine issues related to the thermostat. In total, I spent over £1,500, but my problems were never properly resolved. Despite repeatedly mentioning a dashboard engine fault to Oli, I was told it was 'normal' and not to worry. Unfortunately, this led to a complete engine failure, and the car had to be written off. Very disappointed with the service—felt like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. Definitely not a place I’d recommend. In my experience cost of parts used in service or to change are expensive as well compared to market price

   Can’t find a single thing to fault Bromley Car Care. From the start of the process all the way through to the end the service was incredible. Workmanship fantastic and pricing very reasonable. I’ll be using Ollie at BCC all the time and recommend him to family and friends.

   I have been coming here for years. I started when Mick (Dad) did the work and continued after his son (Oliver) took over. It is only a tiny workshop near Bromley North Station, but you will get great service for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

   My headlights for my BMW X3 seemed to not be working and I couldn't tell if it was just the bulbs or fuse. Gave them a call and Ollie was incredibly helpful and friendly. When I explained my predicament and told him I was heading on a trip the next day he told me to pop over and he'd take a look. Within 10 mins he sorted the issue and inserted two new bulbs for me. While in essence the job was very simple, his friendly nature and willingness to help me out was so refreshing. Plus he only charged me for the bulbs. Very impressed with the service I received.

   Great service made the effort to get my car back to me quickley and good price. They're always happy to accommodate any work you need doing and go above and beyond for their customers. I like the fact you're paying for what you get, one man in his workshop not a glass palace that gives you a "free coffee" and has umpteen members of staff so have to have jacked up prices. These are the type of place I'd rather take my car. Couldn't recommend them enough.
